Performs diagnostic procedures including x-ray examinations, clinical laboratory tests, pulmonary function tests, critical care, and sleep studies.
Interprets test results, evaluates examination findings, and treats.
Prescribes such treatment for internal diseases as drugs, physical therapy, and dietary regimens.
The Pulmonologist shall perform a full range and spectrum of comprehensive specialty care onsite at the MTF.
Workload includes the evaluation and treatment of emergent, urgent, and non-emergent patients ranging in age as young as 18 years to over 65 years.
Workload is a result of scheduled appointments, walk-ins to the clinic from other departments, walk-ins for specific diagnoses, telephone calls, and consult requests.
The Pulmonologist will practice within the guidelines set by the credentialing office of the 99 MDG and the Medical Director.
The Pulmonologist's productivity is expected to be comparable to that of the other civilian and military Pulmonologist physicians assigned to the same facility/similar facilities and authorized the same scope of practice.
The Pulmonologist will meet the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) standard for Nellis Air Force Base for Relative Value Units (RVUs).
The MGMA standard is updated annually on the fiscal year.
It is the Contractor's responsibility to contact Medical Logistics for an updated copy.
Coordinates pulmonary services with other medical activities.
Provides inpatient pulmonary services during normally scheduled hours of performance, to include on-call hours when applicable.
Must be capable of performing the full range of pulmonary and critical care medicine.
Participation in teaching programs, where applicable.
Provide instruction for adult nurse practitioner students, physician assistant interns, medical students, interns, and residents in the form of clinical rotations.
Consult with appropriate specialists.
Write initial admission orders.
Prescribe and administer drugs.
Shall see new patient consults and established follow-up clinic visits.
The provider is expected to respond to telephone consults.
Shall provide outpatient services for patients as scheduled by the MTF.
Shall provide inpatient care.
This will include patients previously established in the Pulmonary Department.
This will include new patients when consults are requested by the admitting health care team.
Shall provide critical care consults to patients admitted to ICU and assist primary teams in their patient management.
Provide pulmonary consultative services for hospital inpatients.
Provide inpatient consultative services and follow-up for patients with pulmonary disorders; as well as, provide education/teaching to staff members of other disciplines/specialties, medical residents/students, and other personnel involved in patient care.
The contract pulmonologist will be expected to be on call from the local area on a rotating basis.
Qualifications Graduated from an approved medical school and completed a residency or fellowship acceptable to the U.S.
Air Force Surgeon General as a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Osteopathy (D.O.) from a school in the United States or Canada approved by a recognized accrediting body in the year of the applicant's graduation or, A Doctor of Medicine or equivalent degree from a foreign medical school that provided education and medical knowledge substantially equivalent to accredited schools in the United States.
Must have successfully completed an additional residency or fellowship program in pulmonology and critical care medicine acceptable to the Surgeon General, HQ USAF, is mandatory.
Must have and maintain current board certification by the American Board of Internal Medicine or the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine in pulmonology and critical care.
Must have and maintain a valid unrestricted license as a Licensed Physician/Medical Doctor in one of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or the U.S.
Virgin Islands.

Responsibilities: Emergency physicians shall provide immediate medical evaluation, examination, diagnosis, treatment, and/or referral of patients who present for care in the ED.

PRIMARY PURPOSE
The Special Activities and Intelligence (SAI) Program in our Operational Warfighting (OPS) Division at CNA is hiring for a part-time Research Scientist. Staff at this level will typically be leading smaller and/or less complex projects, playing a critical role as a team member on projects with specific technical/scientific expertise. For this role we are looking for people that have extensive experience in AI and ML.
The SAI program conducts analyses that help decision-makers integrate information, intelligence, and exquisite effects into fleet operations. CNA has played an active role in the reconstruction of real-world incidents, assessment of the employment of operational teams, and the extraction of operational value from intelligence feeds. We also support efforts to integrate artificial intelligence and autonomous capabilities, crafting policies and procedures to guide their development and bridging the technology gap between defense and industry.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Education: Minimum Master's degree in a relevant field (STEM), PhD preferred.
2. Experience: Typical minimum requirements 5+ years of experience in research and analysis. Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts and applications preferred. Experience with Navy and AI-related organizations and processes preferred.

Spencer Ogden are working on behalf of a major General Contractor within the Data Center space to find them a Commissioning Manager for a number of locations across the US.
This is a great opportunity to break into the mission critical space and the very lucrative Data Center construction.
Our client have a large number of data center projects happening across the US and one of the roles they require is a Commissioning Manager who can help drive the growth of these projects.
Locations wise:
- Nashville (#1 priority)
- Omaha
- Phoenix
- Kansas City
The right person will:
- Have 5+ years of commissioning experience
- Ideally have worked in a mission critical environment, though they will also consider people from a Navy / Nuclear background
- Be able to work on site in one of the 4x above locations
- Be open to working in a contract capacity, earning an hourly rate, per diem (if you need to travel to be on site) and entitled to OT as well
- Have the right to work in the US on a W2 - no sponsorship is provided and C2C is not available

The successful candidate will need to be successful with the following responsibilities:
- Manage medium to large commercial HVAC projects
- Maintain and document communication with clients and company staff
- Ability to manage multiple projects in varies states of construction
- Working knowledge of construction cost, change order processes and forecast βCost to Completeβ reviews
- Work closely with labor managers
- Comprehend and manage general contractor scheduling of projects
- Train and mentor assistant project managers
- Knowledge of construction contracts
Requirements:
- 3+ years of commercial HVAC project management experience
- A degree in mechanical engineering or construction science is a plus
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office; Bluebeam & Navis experience are a plus
- Must possess a valid unrestricted Driver's License and a reliable vehicle

This role exists to sustain uptime, drive reliability, and ensure every piece of equipment in the plant performs at its best.
Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance and on-demand repairs on production and facility equipment, minimizing downtime and maximizing output.
Electrical & Mechanical Troubleshooting: Diagnose issues using schematics, meters, and diagrams on systems including AC/DC motors, gearboxes, compressors, drives, and pumps.
Fabrication & Repair: Use shop tools (drill press, grinders, welders, torches, etc.) to modify or repair parts and components safely and efficiently.
System Optimization: Analyze root causes of failure and develop process improvements that extend equipment life and reduce repeat maintenance issues.
Documentation & Safety: Complete maintenance logs, follow lockout/tagout procedures, and ensure all repairs comply with OSHA and company safety standards.
Collaboration & Leadership: Communicate with operators, supervisors, and fellow technicians to ensure smooth shift handoffs and coordinated repairs.

Requirements
Must have served in the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Space Force, U.S. Reserves, or U.S. National Guard.
Solid background in multi-craft maintenance (electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems)
Experience reading and interpreting electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics and blueprints
Working knowledge of gearboxes, motors, pumps, air compressors, and drive systems
Ability to safely use industrial tools (hand, pneumatic, and shop machinery)
Understanding of steam systems and boiler operations preferred
Strong communication and documentation skills
Must be willing to work a 12-hour rotating night shift schedule

Support a precision manufacturing facility producing high-performance conveyor and motion systems by ensuring all production and facility equipment operates safely, reliably, and efficiently. This role exists to sustain uptime, troubleshoot mechanical systems, and lead hands-on maintenance solutions that keep operations moving without interruption.
Diagnose & Repair Equipment Failures: Troubleshoot, evaluate, and repair production, fabrication, and test equipment β with emphasis on mechanical systems such as gearboxes, bearings, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
