The ideal candidate will oversee projects from bidding to execution. You will work with senior management and act as the point of contact for clients.

Responsibilities

• May initiate the investigation of abnormal events, incidents, and /or accidents to identify the root cause and assist in implementing appropriate corrective actions. May serve as a Control Account Manager (CAM) responsible for planning, budgeting, managing, and controlling costs and schedule performance for a project or subproject and serve as a point of contact for project controls, including account scope, schedule, budget and technical performance. Ensure work packages realistically represent the duration and budget necessary to perform work and perform variance analysis reviews, determine cause an effect of schedule or cost variance and define achievable corrective action plans. May be required to present project management performance plans, status updates, trends or issues to federal sponsors.
• Proven leadership and management skills (organize, direct, control) a team of workers, including work schedules, project progress and resource allocation. Advanced experience managing construction projects including proactively managing project scope, schedule and budget including Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS). Demonstrated experience identifying project risks, developing risk mitigation strategies and corrective actions, and recommending risk acceptance/avoidance for all aspects of a project.
• Advanced knowledge of all phases and complexity levels of construction projects, upgrades, renovations and D&D. Lead constructability reviews of the design process and the potential impacts to construction cost and schedule. Extensive knowledge and experience with facility maintenance and/or construction management including systems engineering design and maintenance, safety/authorization basis, configuration management programs, work control and facility control systems.
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of collective bargaining agreements related to all trades.
• Extensive understanding of work hazards, safety practices, operating configuration, and lock-out/tag-out policies and procedures. Demonstrated ability to understand and interpret various physical, mechanical, and electrical documents, blueprints, drawings, and schematics.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong and effective customer engagement. Demonstrated experience interfacing with program, project, and line management to develop clear and executable action plans to address issues or needs. Provide personal leadership, direction and technical advice regarding health, safety and environmental compliance. Demonstrated experience and skill in identifying problem areas, investigating alternative solutions and establishing a recovery Plan/Path forward. Ability to determine actions to be performed on problems affecting maintenance programs.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills that includes reporting on project status to senior level management, project stakeholders, as well as regulatory inquiries. Demonstrated skill in the preparation and presentation of oral and written reports. Demonstrated ability to utilize and manipulate a computerized work management system in maintaining and tracking job activities including the coordination of materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers. Ability to promote an open communication environment to develop mutual trust and teamwork.
• Position typically requires a recognized degree in an engineering or scientific discipline, or specialized courses in project management, and ten (10) years work experience (5+ years experience in at least one of the following functions: engineering, procurement and construction) leading to a thorough understanding of the knowledge described above, or any combination of education and experience.
• May be required to work a flexible schedule- Days, Nights, Weekends.
• Ability to obtain DOE Q Clearance is required.
• Nuclear Experience is required.

Under the direction of the Operations Manager, assist in the maintenance and repair of the camp's buildings, grounds, equipment and other facilities consistent with the mission and established policies and procedures of the camp.

Maintenance workers mainly working in minor repairs, facility care, landscaping, set-ups for our guest groups, clean up from our guest groups, etc. They also help in both the housekeeping dept. and guest service dept. as the need is there.

• Maintenance related tasks as directed by the Operations Manager, including but not limited to the following:
• Trash Runs, Clean and Set-up rooms, Move furniture & sound equipment.
• Mop Floors, Clean bathrooms, unclog Toilets.
• Build Campfires, clean campfire pit, cut and stack Firewood
• Landscaping mowing lawns, leaf blowing, weed whacking, sprinkler repairs, tree trimming, etc.
• Minor repairs plumbing, building, equipment, facilities, etc
• Operate some equipment such as mower and wood splitter, in safe and efficient manner.
• At times, help the guest services dept. with hosting groups
• At times, assist with housekeeping duties to ensure the property is ready for guest groups.
• Be aware and make necessary changes to hazards found on campgrounds.
• Perform all duties in accordance with camp policy and procedures, risk management guidelines, and American Camp Association accreditation standards.
• Assist with emergencies as needed.
• Assist with other tasks needed at camp.

May be asked to use a variety of equipment such as lawn mower, weed eaters, saws, ladders, pressure washer, non-power shop tools, etc. Might be asked to drive Golf Carts or Gators.

• Must be at least 18 years old of age.
• Ability to follow through with assigned tasks.
• Ability to work on a team, relate and work well with others.
• Ability to accept guidance, direction and supervision.

Ability to understand and implement safety regulations and procedures. Ability, both visual and auditory, to identify safety hazards and monitor guest and staff behavior and enforce appropriate safety regulations and emergency procedures. Ability to walk, stand, bend and stretch. Ability to lift, up to approximately 50 pounds, and occasional lifting of equipment. Ability to safely and properly use maintenance equipment. Physical ability to respond appropriately to situations requiring first aid. Must be able to assist campers in an emergency (fire, evacuation, illness or injury). Willing to live in a camp setting and work irregular hours. Operate with daily exposure to the sun and heat and other environmental conditions.

• 4-6 years of Tier 3 System or Network Administrator experience, with a focus on supporting VDI networks for both classified and non-classified environments. • At start date, must possess a valid security certification in ACTIVE status. • Experience with the following: • Windows 11 • Windows Server 2016/2019 • Active Directory • McAfee products • VDI Thin Client networks • VOIP phones • OneDrive • Microsoft Teams. • Technical Proficiency: • STIG Compliance: Proven experience in applying and documenting DISA's Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) to ensure systems meet stringent security requirements. • VMware: Extensive experience with VMware, including installation, configuration, and management of virtualized environments. • Advanced Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy Objects: Strong skills in managing and configuring Active Directory and Group Policy Objects to control and secure Windows environments. • System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM): Experience working with SCCM for deploying software, managing updates, and ensuring compliance across the network. • Storage Area Networks (SANs): Proficiency in managing SANs, including configuration, provisioning, and maintenance to support enterprise storage needs. • Experience in securing a Windows environment to include applying and documenting DISA's Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs). • Ability to gain IMO Level 4 access from the NEC (Network Enterprise Center) which requires: • Advanced Competency: IMO Level 4 indicates a high level of expertise and competency in managing and securing information systems. This includes a thorough understanding of network security protocols, information assurance, and system administration. • Certification Requirements: To qualify for IMO Level 4, individuals must have advanced certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), or other equivalent certifications. These certifications ensure the individual has the necessary knowledge and skills in cybersecurity and information management. • Responsibilities: IMO Level 4 personnel are responsible for the comprehensive oversight of network operations, including implementing and managing security measures, ensuring compliance with DoD directives and standards, and overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of IT systems. • Access Authorization: Achieving IMO Level 4 certification is crucial for gaining authorization to access and manage DoD networks, especially those involving classified information.
