Key Responsibilities:

• Directs, coaches, supports, supervises, and evaluates (with the Sous Chef) all direct reports.
• Must have excellent food knowledge and a full understanding of culinary terms.

• Undertake recipe reviews daily. Maintain recipe folders in immaculate condition.

• Control production levels and recommend ideas for improvements and better cost controlling.
• Prepare daily electronic food requisitions needed for his section production and countercheck deliveries for its accuracy; Report any discrepancies to his immediate supervisor.
• Must be able to oversee any main section (Sauce, Entremetier, Fish, Roast, Outlet CDP, Tournant and Cold Kitchen) and its entire food production.
• Maintain and ensure that Public Health are followed according to company standards and expectation (referring to US, Anvisa, Shipsan, Canadian, Australian etc.) and always followed within their section.
• Ensures that the HACCP program is carried out correctly.
• Maintains their assigned area in preparation for announced or unannounced United States Public Health type inspection either done by the Food & Beverage Director or the actual inspectors.
• Reports for duty at assigned times, follows their supervisor’s instructions, and ensures that personal appearance, uniform, and personal hygiene are in accordance with the company’s rules and regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 8 years in an upscale hotel, resort, cruise ship or convention banqueting service and at least 2 years as Chef de Partie (shipboard experience preferred).
• A culinary school degree is required.
• Very strong management skills in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
• Very strong communication, problem solving, decision making, and interpersonal skills.
• Superior customer service, teambuilding, and conflict resolution skills.

Furthermore, the Technologist produces two dimensional ultrasonic recordings of internal organs for use by Physician in diagnosis of disease and study of malfunction of organs by performing the following duties. 

What you will do in this role:

• Coordinates daily schedules and workload for IP, OP, IR, STATS, etc.
• Demonstrates ability to prioritize ordered procedures effectively to minimize delays and maximize efficiency.
• Coordinates patients with multiple destinations for procedures with other testing areas to minimize patient delays and reduce travel.
• Assists scheduling in coordinating add on procedures, scheduling of biopsies, etc.
• Manages procedures assigned on shift and makes every effort to complete ordered procedures within acceptable timeframes, and within assigned shift
• Communicates with team any pertinent patient information between shifts, between modalities, between other hospital departments.
• Understands and interprets orders as indications for appropriate protocol, seeks clarification when needed.
• Verifies orders, and patient identification per policy prior to start of procedure.
• Investigates reason for exam/diagnosis: researches priors images, reports, or other studies which provide indications for ordered procedures.
• Obtains pertinent history from patient and provides information to radiologist.
• Prepares areas for procedures prior to patient entering exam rooms.

• Minimum Education: Graduate from an Accredited School of Sonography or Radiologic Technology with formal or on the job training in Ultrasound.

  Minimum Experience: Six months abdominal US experience with credit given to formal clinical training

  Required Certification: BLS

  Required Licensure: Abdomen ARDMS certification required.

  Skills: Demonstration of superior technical and communication skills; self-motivated; able to work well in stressful situations; the ability to communicate easily with employees as well as managers, personnel and physicians.

Job Summary and Qualifications

As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for the provision of computed tomographic radiographs to patients in accordance with physicians’ orders. What You Will Do In This Role:

 * You will prepare patients for CT exam, explains procedure and ensure technical quality.

 * You will promote individual professional growth and development by meeting requirements for mandatory/continuing education.

 * You will possess knowledge of medical terminology sufficient to work accurately within the Imaging Department.

 * You will work as a team player and meet the needs of the Imaging Department.

What Qualifications You Will Need:

* Associate Degree, Diploma or BSRT degree in Radiologic Technology is required.

* Current licensure by the Texas Department of Health as an MRT/TMB license is required.

* Current registration with ARRT(R)(CT) (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) is required.

* American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification is required.
