CITY Laundering is looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Rental Sales Representative to help grow our business by bringing on new customers through rental service agreements. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, solving problems, and owning the full sales process in a competitive environment.
You'll work consultatively with businesses, manage your territory, and build long-term relationships while driving results.
What You'll DoDrive revenue growth by selling rental service agreements and direct-sale products
Prospect and manage your territory through cold calling, presentations, follow-ups, and relationship building

In-office Mondays & Fridays (8:00 AM 5:00 PM) for cold calling, training, and one-on-one meetings

Communicate positively and professionally with customers, prospects, and teammates
Represent CITY in a professional manner at all times
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
Maintain regular and reliable attendance

Primary Responsibilities:
- Using a personal vehicle to travel to project sites across the assigned state and region to complete hands-on steel fixture installation, adjustments, repairs, and deconstruction, new store set ups, (per diem, mileage/gas, and drivetime reimbursed).
- Follow directions from the onsite Team Lead to complete assigned reset or remodel projects in accordance with all company and store safety standards.
- Remove, relocate, and restock merchandise such as lumber, doors, windows, ensuring all products are placed according to the new layout.
- Install and anchor steel pallet racking, store fixtures, beams, and product displays.
- Read and execute planograms (POGs) and schematic instructions to build, install, or modify displays.
- Safely operate power tools and hand tools, scissor lifts, and forklifts (OSHA training provided).
- Relocate product and materials, adjust shelving heights, and set signage/price labels.
- Work both independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
- Install new signage, price labels, and promotional materials as directed.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
- Communicate effectively with team members, store staff, and supervisors to ensure project completion and quality standards are met.

What you'll do:
- Provide care for acute medical concerns as well as offering same-day and next-day access to patients with time-sensitive needs–without having your own patient panel
- Work flexible hours, including evenings (after 5 p.m.) and weekends, as our clinics operate 7 days a week from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. 365 days per year
- Address a broad range of concerns such as chest pain, shortness of breath, abdominal pain, headaches, URIs, UTIs, STI testing/treatment, laceration repair, I&Ds, wound care, musculoskeletal injuries, short-term medication refills, acute mental health triage, and time-sensitive post-hospital follow-ups; Successful applicants will be comfortable with initial management of acute changes in chronic conditions
- Stay up to date on evidence-based urgent care practices and maintain working knowledge of common primary care issues (e.g., hypertension, diabetes, depression/anxiety)
- Complete thorough documentation for all patient encounters including procedures
You'll be set up for success if you have:
- The desire to be an integral part of a rapidly growing team of clinicians dedicated to changing healthcare delivery
- An interest in using technology to deliver high quality, evidence-based care
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary or urgent care setting seeing ages (18+)
- The ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
- The ability to work at least 3 major holidays a year
- The ability to work two full weekends per month (4 shifts)
- The ability to work between the hours of 8am-9pm
- State licensing in California, obtained by your One Medical start date
This is full-time role based in San Francisco, CA at our Duboce Triangle office.
One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The base salary range for this role is $325,200 - $345,900 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
