Job Summary:

The EHS Manager will provide site leadership to assure compliance with all applicable EHS standards, improve and implement EHS direction and performance. This role will have responsibility for safety, health and environmental administration, ergonomic injury protection, injury case management, workers compensation claims, emergency response, technical safety and environmental advice and site-wide safety training. EHS Manager is responsible for updating and implementing site EHS policies to insure their alignment with corporate and governmental regulations/policies. EHS Manager will be the site contact with local/state/federal EHS regulatory agencies.

• Duties/Responsibilities: Establish and manage the structures and systems necessary to achieve facility goal of zero injuries.
• Participate in site Leadership Team
• Champion and guide operations team to maintain injury free safety culture
• Lead, initiate and manage philosophy of continuous improvement in environment, health and safety
• Develop and administer EHS budget, manage EHS vendors and safety personal protective equipment programs
• Oversee continuous improvement in equipment, chemical and facility safety and housekeeping at the site
• Establishes training along with other programs and initiatives to improve safety awareness and conformance to safe practices on and off the job.
• Leads accident/injury investigations
• Manage work related injuries and workers compensation claims
• Manage site medical emergency response team
• Ensure facility compliance with all OSHA Regulations relating to the site
• Remain current in changing EHS regulations to actively advise the organization as to potential business impact
• Work effectively with corporate EHS staff
• Coordinate short and long term EHS strategic planning and development
• Track and maintain safety statics for corporate EHS compliance quarterly report and OSHA 300 log
• Ensure compliance with site permits and plans (SPCC, SWPPP, Air, Waste Water Discharge, etc.), along with Federal, State, Local requirements and policies.
• Oversee the Waste Management Program (Hazardous, Non-Hazardous, Universal), and the site emergency response plans and teams
• Complete introductory training to include hazardous waste regulations, duties and responsibilities. Participate in annual refresher of hazardous waste training consistent with “Annual Hazardous Waste Training Class”. Training provided by a person trained in hazardous waste management.
• Ensure compliance with DOT hazardous materials shipping requirements
• Maintain positive relationship with Regulatory Agency
• Participate in refresher training in regulatory programs as required

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for cooking grill and fryer items in accordance with Parkhurst standards and procedures under strict sanitary conditions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Prepare all grill items to order according to the daily menu.

2. Set up, break down and clean the grill station.

3. Prepare service line for operation as instructed by Executive Chef and/or Management. The line is to be

garnished properly at all times.

4. Check quality of food items, making sure they meet standards of taste, appearance and correct temperature. Report any substandard quality to the Executive Chef and/or Management.

6. Post all necessary signage and merchandise service area.

7. Follow production sheets to establish proper serving utensils and food quantities.

8. Complete production sheets in accordance with Parkhurst standards.
