Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.

• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed. Report changes or concerns to the RN.
• Document services performed on computerized charting system.
• Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, reaction, and appetite, to the supervisor.

How you will make an impact:
As a CNA in at Hasting's senior living facility, you can make a significant impact by providing compassionate and personalized care to residents and fostering a sense of dignity and respect. Additionally, advocating for residents' well-being and communicating effectively with healthcare teams ensures that their medical and emotional needs are met. Position Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of Age

• Must have active and unrestricted Minnesota CNA Certification

• Working every other weekend and some holiday's are required
