Job Description – Medical Director Infectious Disease Physician Family Practice / Internal Medicine Physician
Our Healthcare Center Wellness Clinic is seeking a Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician for our outpatient facility. You’ll join a fully staffed, mission-driven team dedicated to serving the local community.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Infectious Disease Physician in this role are expected to provide high-quality care, meet productivity standards, and collaborate with the care team to support patient well-being. Accommodations will be made for individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
- Manage a minimum of 14 patients per 8-hour shift (or 7 patients in a half-day session). For extended shifts (e.g., 10 hours), targets are adjusted proportionally.
- Oversee patient scheduling to minimize no-shows and meet productivity benchmarks.
- Complete documentation the same day of the visit, or within 72 hours, including accurate E&M billing codes.
- Deliver primary care services for chronic conditions (hypertension, diabetes, asthma, hyperlipidemia, COPD) and acute issues (burns, infections, HIV, STIs, UTIs, respiratory illnesses, etc.). No physician is limited exclusively to HIV management.
- Collaborate with front desk, care coordinators, and nursing staff to manage urgent care and walk-in patients.
- Review consultant reports, imaging, and lab results promptly.
- Process prescription renewals within 72 hours.
- Monitor and respond to voicemails/emails daily.
- Support patient retention efforts (e.g., preparing retention summaries).
- Supervise mid-level providers (PAs and NPs), including chart reviews or audits as legally required.
- Provide after-hours on-call coverage as assigned.
- Maintain AAHIVM certification (required within one year of hire; ongoing renewal expected).
- Full-time physicians receive 4 hours of protected administrative time per week per policy.

Job Description
THE POSITION:
At our Memphis distribution center, our employees play a critical role in getting life-saving products out to hospitals, clinics and nursing homes. We’re open 24 hours a day, 5 days a week because the needs of patients can’t wait.
The most important aspect of this position is to productively execute the movement of materials from dock to storage to staging and shipment per EVERSANA SOPs. The position also requires the incumbent to be certified on all EVERSANA Mobile Powered Industrial Vehicles (i.e., Forklift, Cherry/Order Picker, Dock Stocker, Electric Pallet Jack, Reach Truck, and Bendi Forklift).
Essential Functions

- Fulfill tickets for customers by reading production schedules, order forms and requisitions

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitate a safe operational environment by strictly complying with all EVERSANA safety requirements; this includes the accurate completion of pre and post lift truck equipment checklists.
- Adhere to all formal standard operating procedures that control the order fulfillment process in specialized areas.

Job Summary
Cornerstone Systems is seeking an Intermodal-Account Coordinator for our corporate office located in Memphis, TN. The Account Coordinator, supporting the Intermodal Operations department, represents the core of our Company’s operation as they are responsible for coordinating daily freight load movements on a national scale, while maintaining customer satisfaction in an extremely high-pressure, time-sensitive atmosphere. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Il lavoro è nel settore hospitality e le mansioni vengono assegnate all’arrivo. Possono includere attività nelle cucine e nelle mense (preparazione pasti, lavaggio piatti, servizio e cassa) oppure Room Attendant (responsabile della pulizia e gestione delle camere degli hotel).

Cosa offre il programma:
- Lavoro 32–40 ore a settimana
- Stipendio mensile da circa $1.500
- Alloggio organizzato dal datore di lavoro
- Possibilità di restare negli USA fino a 30 giorni dopo il lavoro per viaggiare
- Supporto nella documentazione per visto J-1 e Tassa SEVIS
- Viaggio aereo di andata e ritorno (con integrazione per tratte diverse da a/r Milano o Roma / New York o Washington D.C.)
- Assistenza sanitaria durante il periodo lavorativo
- Assistenza negli USA da parte dello staff di ASSE-Aspire Worldwide
- Disponibilità 24 ore su 24 di un numero verde di emergenza
Requisiti richiesti:
- Studenti universitari iscritti full-time
- Età 18–27 anni
- Giusta mentalità: apertura alle novità, flessibilità e volontà di adattarsi ad una realtà diversa da quella italiana;
- Lingua inglese: dimestichezza con la lingua inglese parlata, non è richiesta alcuna certificazione linguistica;
- Disponibilità di 10–12 settimane tra metà giugno e metà settembre

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Geology preferred
- 8-12 years experience (flexible on upper end) as a geoscientist in Oil & Gas
- Minimum 5 years experience in Unconventional Development
- Experience in either Appalachia or Oklahoma unconventional assets (we will need 1 person for Appalachia and 1 for S. Oklahoma)
- Proficient in Petra, Kingdom and Petrel
- Minimum 2 years experience in active drilling operations
- Geosteering experience a plus, not required
- Data interpretation skills required
Responsibilities:
- Oversee drilling activities, development well planning, well placement
- Create and execute a development plan and work with remote operations and onsite mudloggers to ensure optimal well placement and efficient execution
- Coordinate drilling activities across disciplines (Land, Regulatory, RE, Drilling) and integrate geologic data collected into the larger development concept

Responsibilities:
- Solve organizational problems by analyzing business requirements, documenting processes and designing solutions
- Identify and organize fragmented or missing data across supply chain processes
- Develop dashboards, reports and KPIs to support decision-making and operational transparency
- Track and report statistics, implementation processes, risks and challenges
- Conduct issue investigations and perform data mining to identify root causes and improvement opportunities
- Conduct interviews with key project stakeholders and document and presents the results
- Recommend process improvements and alternative solutions
- Assist business users, project managers and leadership in optimizing the scope, benefits and risks of proposed projects
- Facilitate change management efforts associated with project
- May write and maintain user documentation

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a closely related position
- Associates degree in Drafting or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs

Responsibilities:
- Transforms complex rough product designs into working documents using computer aided design (CAD)
- Develop computer generated drawings, isometrics, details, plans, schedules, and data sheets
- Prepare dimensional drawings for layouts and non-dimensional drawings such as one lines, etc
- Revises drawings based on instructions from engineers, etc
- Communicate effectively and work with other members of the design team of each individual project assignment. Interface management across disciplines
- Document control support, database administration, and progress reporting
- Coordination and communication of various issues among the company and contractor's engineering team that affect the discipline engineering drawings
- Keep Supervisor informed of discipline engineering progress, deviations, and execution concerns
- Support internal engineering general interest or Global Practice initiatives as requested by Supervisor
