Overview
As the Integration Project Manager, you are the "Master Conductor" of our growth engine. This is our most critical cross-functional role, responsible for ensuring every acquisition is integrated into the CXponent ecosystem—technically, commercially, and culturally.
You will report to the CFO and serve as the strategic partner to the VP of M&A, COO, and Director of People & Culture. You are not just checking boxes; you are building a scalable "Integration Machine" that allows CXponent to grow 10x while maintaining world-class service delivery.
Core Responsibilities
1. Cross-Functional PMO Leadership
- The Playbook: Build, own, and iterate on the CXponent Integration Playbook covering the entire lifecycle from Due Diligence to Day 100.
- Command Center: Manage the master project plan involving all workstreams: IT, Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, and Legal.
- Stakeholder Management: Hold executive leaders accountable to integration timelines and synergy targets.
2. Commercial & Growth Integration (Sales & Marketing)

Responsible for patient care with supervising physician, and in collaboration with associated medical teams and staffing. 2600 is a stroke certified, telemetry medical surgical unit. This is a 27 bed unit that cares for cardiac patients on telemetry monitoring. Diagnoses on this unit are primarily cardiac in nature, but the unit also cares for patients with a diverse variety of general medical illnesses. Because of this, our nurses develop a strong set of skills and knowledge that they can use to grow their career throughout the acute care environment.
We are piloting a virtual nursing program on this unit, stationing one nurse in a virtual nursing hub during the hours of 0700-1900, while leaving six nurses physically on the unit to provide direct care to patients. The virtual nurse supports the bedside nurse in providing quality care to our patients, and is part of a virtual care model that includes pharmacy and social work. Prior to training and serving in the virtual nurse role, we require 6 months of experience working on the unit.
CLINICAL LADDER LEVEL I-IV
The RN level will be determined at the time of hire based on the candidate’s qualifications and ability to meet Clinical Ladder requirements.
Level expectations include:
