The Studio Manager sets the tone in the studio and sees excellence as the only acceptable result of the team's efforts. LOCATION
This is a full-time in-person role located at Pastoral Center - 3888 Paducah Drive, San Diego, CA 92117.
POSITION SUMMARY
Working with the Director of Human Resources, the Associate Director supports the Pastoral Center, diocesan parishes, and schools by providing consultation and hands-on assistance on human resources matters. These include conflict resolution, employment law, diocesan policy interpretation and application, wage and hour issues, and employee classification matters. The Associate Director also works with existing staff on onboarding, training, and leaves of absence, including workers' compensation and unemployment. This role reports to the Director of Human Resources, a 15-year veteran of the Diocese.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- UtiUtilize HRIS systems, create and maintain ongoing audits to ensure database integrity as well as ACA compliance.
- Work with the HR Coordinator to oversee leaves of absence throughout the Diocese, including workers' compensation.
- Assist with creating and maintaining all user guides and manuals, while exploring ways to expedite processes.
- Provide ongoing development for location administrators through continuing HR education and training, utilizing technology (e.g. Zoom sessions), as well as onsite visits to roll out new systems (e.g. Onboarding, Time and Labor, etc.)
- Work with the Finance/Payroll team in problem-solving and implementing new processes where needed.
- Provide coaching, counseling, and hands-on assistance to management/location administrators regarding conflict resolution, internal investigations, discipline, and terminations.

We are seeking a International Trade Compliance Specialist for First Quality Consumer Products located in McElhattan, PA.
This position will ensure that the company's import and export activities comply with all applicable U.S. and international trade laws including, EAR, ITAR, OFAC, and partner government agency requirements. Responsible for managing all aspects of global logistics, customs compliance, documentation, financial impacts, and risks for raw materials, machinery, components, and finished goods. This role is crucial for ensuring timely delivery, minimizing delays, and maintaining compliance with global trade regulations.
Principal Accountabilities/ Responsibilities:
- Manage the import and export process of raw materials, machinery, parts, and finished goods aligned with production schedules.
- Ensure compliance with all international trade regulations, U.S. and foreign customs laws, and manufacturing-specific import/export requirements.
- Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping and customs documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
- Work closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and 3PL partners to coordinate timely and cost-effective global shipments.
- Collaborate with internal teams—procurement, production, quality, warehousing, legal, and product development to assess trade compliance implications of new products or markets —to align logistics with supply chain needs.

Education and experience requirements:

The AR/VR Systems Engineer will lead the development of an advanced Augmented Reality (AR) situational‐awareness system for automotive applications. This role merges expertise across 3D rendering, computer vision, AR device geometry, and cloud‐based AR content delivery, supporting all tasks outlined in the SODW—including 3D representation evaluation, depth estimation, precise AR rendering, and connected AR experiences.
• Analyse AR HUD or wearable AR device optical geometry, field of view (FOV), and eye box constraints.
• Model human eye positions and develop 3D geometric alignment methods.
• Build calibration procedures and demos showcasing visibility boundaries.
3D AR Content Rendering Development

This position will be responsible for providing technical skills with tactical leadership in the development, operation and support of Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) policies/programs/procedures to instill and sustain an incident-free work environment while ensuring full compliance with all applicable regulatory agency requirements.
Principal Accountabilities/ Responsibilities:
- Promote an action-oriented approach, instilling and exemplifying a strong EHS mindset for all team members resulting in the elements required to achieve and maintain a world class EHS culture.
- Active facilitation or participation in EHS related meetings and training sessions.

Payroll Processing

- Proficient with, or ability to quickly learn, payroll software (Paylocity experience preferred).
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two years of accounting or bookkeeping experience, with at least six months in payroll preferred.

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Position Summary The Equipment Mechanic will support shop floor production by setting up and maintaining thermoforming equipment, performing quality checks, and ensuring machinery operates efficiently to meet production goals.
This role works closely with team members to promote unity, productivity, and continuous improvement.
