We are seeking a Indirect Procurement Senior Manager for our First Quality Products Company located in McElhattan, PA. This position may be based out of our Central PA site (McElhattan, PA & Lewistown, PA) or Macon, GA.

This position will be responsible for leading the indirect procurement department covering all FQ Absorbent Hygiene companies (AbHy). The individual in this role will manage strategic sourcing initiatives, approve spend in certain categories, work closely with other functional department team members to standardize and streamline spend, lead negotiations with vendors, and collaborate across AbHy plants to ensure consistency of processes and purchases to leverage spend and deliver the best overall value for FQ. Must have the ability to travel roughly 30% of time to AbHy locations.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Direct/coordinate the procurement of indirect materials, supplies, spare parts, and services (MRO) needed to support operations for all AbHy plants by promoting collaboration across AbHy indirect buyers and functional departments to find synergies and negotiate aggregated volumes to achieve commercial benefits
• Represent FQ by developing strategic relationships with key suppliers. This includes sourcing and negotiating strategies along with leading the internal process and obtaining alignment with cross functional stakeholders
• Design and implement policies and procedures for the indirect procurement department that are consistent with the overall FQ purchasing policies.
• Identify and track cost savings initiatives including dollar savings and process improvements within the indirect procurement department and with functional departments to support FQ’s Funding the Growth (FTG) efforts
• Lead and manage a team of indirect buyers across multiple locations, providing training, supervision, direction, and guidance.
• Establish and maintain measurable performance metrics covering procurement activities including but not limited to buyer activity levels, categorized spend, requisition activity, and internal order placement performance.
• Approve requisitions across multiple plants in specific categories of spend to ensure the requisitioned item or service is accurate in need and scope, interface heavily with the requisitioning department to resolve questions and thoroughly vet the spend, and provide analytics to support the spend with documented notes and summaries to leadership, and.
• Participate in the development of cost-effective parts, equipment, and substitute equipment while maintaining quality and safety.
• Build and maintain strong relationships within the procurement department and other functional departments, finance, and plant leadership to ensure alignment of goals and objectives and cost savings initiatives.
• Research and identify vendors of spare parts, supplies, services, and other goods to assess for potential inclusion in competitive bidding to continually strengthen the FQ vendor selection options.
• Create or assist in creating procurement documentation such as requisition summaries to support spend, executive summaries, RFI’s, RFP’s and RFQ’s, and other spend and sourcing analytical reports.
• Build and develop our digital roadmap to drive automation, efficiency, insights, and cost effectiveness
• Position will require 30% travel.

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in business management / supply chain or a minimum of 5 years’ experience in manufacturing operations, with negotiating, cost analysis, and supply chain or procurement experience preferred.
• Strong and effective communicator, both oral and written, who can articulate and clearly convey information with good interpersonal and leadership skills while interfacing with all levels of FQ’s organization structure.

We are seeking a International Trade Compliance Specialist for First Quality Consumer Products located in McElhattan, PA.

This position will ensure that the company’s import and export activities comply with all applicable U.S. and international trade laws including, EAR, ITAR, OFAC, and partner government agency requirements. Responsible for managing all aspects of global logistics, customs compliance, documentation, financial impacts, and risks for raw materials, machinery, components, and finished goods. This role is crucial for ensuring timely delivery, minimizing delays, and maintaining compliance with global trade regulations.

Principal Accountabilities/ Responsibilities:

• Manage the import and export process of raw materials, machinery, parts, and finished goods aligned with production schedules.
• Ensure compliance with all international trade regulations, U.S. and foreign customs laws, and manufacturing-specific import/export requirements.
• Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping and customs documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
• Work closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and 3PL partners to coordinate timely and cost-effective global shipments.

Education and experience requirements:

This position will be responsible for providing technical skills with tactical leadership in the development, operation and support of Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) policies/programs/procedures to instill and sustain an incident-free work environment while ensuring full compliance with all applicable regulatory agency requirements.

Objective: The Worship Pastor helps lead the church-wide worship ministry of Boca Community in a way that is biblically grounded, spiritually healthy, and aligned with the vision of the church. This person will plan and lead worship services, pastor and develop worship and production teams, and help create a culture where worship is about God’s glory, congregational participation, and spiritual formation.

We believe worship is bigger than music and bigger than a Sunday service. Worship is a whole-life response to God. At the same time, this role is specifically responsible for leading and developing our corporate worship ministry.

Service Leadership

• Plan and lead worship services that align with the church’s theology, values, and weekly direction.
• Help lead services in a way that encourages the congregation to participate, not simply observe.
• Work closely with the Senior Pastor in shaping service flow, song selection, and key worship moments.
• Use transitions, Scripture, prayer, and other service elements thoughtfully to help prepare hearts for worship.
• Introduce new songs intentionally, making sure they are theologically sound and a good fit for the church.
• Lead special worship gatherings when needed, including prayer-focused nights, holiday services, and other church-wide moments.

Team Leadership & Development

• Recruit, train, schedule, and develop musicians, vocalists, and worship leaders.
• Build a healthy worship ministry culture marked by preparation, humility, unity, and spiritual maturity.
• Pastor and care for worship and production team members through encouragement, prayer, and personal connection.
• Help identify and develop emerging leaders within the ministry.
• Provide leadership and development for younger worship environments, including student ministry, school worship teams, and other next-generation settings, helping create consistency, growth, and a clear pathway for younger leaders.
• Invest relationally in team members beyond rehearsals and services.

Spiritual Leadership

• Lead with a pastoral heart, helping create worship environments that are spiritually healthy and Christ-centered.
• Foster a ministry culture where dependence on the Holy Spirit, prayer, and biblical truth remain central.
• Model spiritual maturity, humility, and a genuine love for the Lord and His church.
• Help ensure worship ministry reflects the broader discipleship values of Boca Community.

Collaboration and Communication

• Work closely with the production team to ensure services are supported with excellence and clarity.
• Build strong working relationships with audio, lighting, visual, and technical volunteers and staff.
• Collaborate with the Senior Pastor, Executive Pastor, and other staff in planning services and ministry moments.
• Communicate clearly and consistently so teams are prepared and aligned.
• Receive feedback well and contribute to a healthy culture of growth and improvement.

Organizational Leadership

• Oversee worship ministry resources, equipment, and budget responsibly.
• Help create strong systems for scheduling, rehearsals, communication, and planning.
• Support church-wide events and ministry initiatives as needed.
• Work well across departments so worship ministry strengthens the larger mission of the church.

Qualifications:

• A strong and growing relationship with Jesus Christ and a clear sense of calling to ministry.
• Experience leading worship in a church setting.
• Strong vocal and musical ability, with instrumental proficiency preferred.
• Ability to lead both from the platform and behind the scenes.
• A pastoral heart with the ability to care for and develop people.
• Familiarity with worship technology, including tracks, click, and common planning tools.
• Strong relational, communication, and organizational skills.
• Agreement with Boca Community’s Statement of Faith and ministry philosophy.

• Define target?state architecture for Microsoft Purview across Azure, AWS, M365, on prem, and third party platforms.
  
• Develop and drive the implementation roadmap across U.S. Businesses, PGIM, Corporate Technology, and international units.
  
• Establish Purview reference architecture, integration patterns, and guardrails.
  
• Domain Based Governance
  
• Design collections, hierarchies, and RBAC aligned to domain structures and legal entity boundaries.
  
• Enable domain owned stewardship while enforcing enterprise taxonomies and governance standards.
  
• Platform Configuration
  
• Configure Data Map, Catalog, Scans, Classifications, Sensitivity Labels, and Lineage.
  
• Optimize scan strategy (frequency, cost, performance) and extend classifiers and metadata models.
  
• Security & Compliance
  
• Integrate Purview with M365 Information Protection, Entra ID, and security baselines.
  
• Support PII/PCI/PHI detection, access governance, and regulatory compliance (SOX, GLBA, NYDFS, GDPR).
  
• Engineering & Integration
  
• Integrate with Synapse, Fabric, Databricks (including Unity Catalog), Snowflake, SQL Server, AWS sources, and SAP/Oracle.
  
• Implement IaC (Bicep/Terraform), CI/CD for Purview artifacts, and automation via APIs.
  
• Adoption & Stakeholder Management
  
• Deliver training, onboarding playbooks, and steward enablement.
  
• Lead workshops for new data domains and products.
  
• Provide executive level reporting on progress, risks, and KPIs.
  

• 
  
• 10+ years in data architecture/governance; 2+ years hands on Purview experience at enterprise scale.
  
• Strong expertise in metadata management, lineage, classification, scan optimization, glossary management and domain based operating models.
  
• Solid Azure ecosystem knowledge (Storage, Key Vault, Synapse, Fabric, Databricks), M365 Information Protection, and Entra ID.
  
• Experience with IaC (Bicep/Terraform), APIs/Atlas, and scripting (PowerShell/Python).
  
• Financial services or regulated industry exposure.
  
• Excellent communication, stakeholder leadership, and cross domain facilitation skills.
