Position Overview and Objective:
The Senior Sales Program Manager is responsible for:
- Designing and executing global go-to-market programs aligned to sales priorities, product launches, and growth initiatives.
- Developing, delivering, and optimizing enablement content and experiences for internal sales teams and external channel partners.

Ensure that the team understands the plan and target milestones. Ensure program level activities are well understood through a regular cadence of team and executive communications, documentation, metrics and processes.
- Meeting Facilitation Demonstrate excellent facilitation skills in moderating meetings. Examples include engaging all participants to facilitate their best contribution, sending agendas ahead of time, establishing clear objectives, managing the process to realize these objectives, capturing key content, and following up promptly on all action items.
- Analytics and Tools Using an understanding of business outcomes and the principles of effective delivery, leverage analytics to radiate actionable information throughout the organization from the team to executive level. Leverage tool capabilities to automate and simplify program activities. Partners with Sales Analytics team to align on core KPIs and metrics that act as the source of truth for the organization. The core data sets must be validated, accurate, complete, and consistent so that best next actions and decisions can be taken.
- Team Participation & Continuous Improvement - Actively contribute to the cohesion and effectiveness of the program management team by adding new ideas, sharing successes and failures, and showing up with a continuous improvement mindset.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of sales enablement, channel programs, and/or sales planning experience.
- Experience communicating and representing work to senior leadership, framing discussions to gain valuable feedback, and experience working with technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and products.
- Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems.

- Authority to stop any product or service that puts at risk the quality, legality, or safety of the products, as well as any activity that puts at risk the physical integrity of people, the environment, and/or facilities
- Determine the appropriateness and effectiveness of actions to close non-conformities
- Define KPIs and their criteria with a continuous improvement approach and governance
- Update and control the Document Management System
- Promote, influence, and ensure compliance with the Quality and Safety Management System
- Develop cleaning and CCP (Critical Control Points) validations
- Maintain current quality certifications, executing actions based on risk analysis, potential and real nonconformities, and seeking continuous improvement
- Implement new quality certifications aligned with business strategy
- Ensure that the quality and safety requirements of the products and production processes are met, adhering to standards and policies (ISO 9001, ISO 22716, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, RSPO, BRCGS, EXCiPACT, FSSC2200, EFfCI, Kosher, Halal, etc.)
- Implement GMP practices applicable to Quality Assurance
- Develop initiatives and programs to promote quality standards. Develop and deliver training
- Manage budget and process invoices
- Support other functions in QA-related aspects or inquiries

Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Chemistry
- 1-3 years’ experience
- Demonstrated industrial laboratory work experience
- Demonstrated commitment to and use of quality control/quality assurance principles and tools
- Demonstrated ability to consult on analytical instrumentation and test methods, including method development and equipment/instrumentation repair and purchase
Responsibilities:
- This position is responsible for developing, planning and conducting the laboratory procedures for environmental, product, and process analysis in compliance with federal and corporate guidelines
- Maintains protection of the environment, and the health and safety of our employees, customers, and the communities in which we operate and/or transport our products, as our highest priority
- Supports the safety process systems through participation in planned inspections, job observations, near miss reporting, incident investigation, area audits, and other programs as required
- Participates in daily operations meetings to communicate information related to safety, environmental compliance, quality, and KPMs
- Maintains laboratory skills, training, and qualification standards related to the procedures and processes required to support a knowledgeable and effective work force
- Develops laboratory procedures as required
- Performs all analyses as defined in the Laboratory Procedures Manuals and Quality manuals
- Participates with other Lab Chemist/Analysts in troubleshooting problems with procedures and equipment
- Responsible for conducting quality control and environmental lab sampling, as well as verifying the accuracy of field operations lab sampling results
- Supports quality system through statistical verification of the operability and accuracy of instruments
- Performs the necessary duties to maintain housekeeping in the laboratory
- Initiates corrective action for process, safety, or environmental deficiencies
- Understands the use and location of emergency equipment in the laboratory and sampling locations
- Understands the emergency procedures as outlined in the Emergency Response Plan and related laboratory procedures
- Conducts each operation in accordance with the Chemical Hygiene Plan
- Knows the types of personal protective equipment available and when and where to use it
- Ensures that all samples and chemicals are properly labeled
- Supports and performs the laboratory service function to include: storage of product samples, packaging and shipping samples, stockroom services to the laboratory and plant, and sampling services; along with maintenance of lab instruments and equipment
- Ensures a high level of internal and external customer service. Reports and follows up on customer issues and complaints, as appropriate
- Provides attention to detail, and dedication to work, in order to ensure reliability of the work site as well as a high-quality product
- Assists with special projects as requested and work schedules allow

- Negotiates contract pricing and terms & conditions directly with suppliers while working with internal stakeholders, seeking lowest total system costs and appropriate mitigation of supply and legal risk
- Executes PtP (Procure-to-Pay) processes in full compliance with Sourcing & Acquisition Handbook and CIMS (Controls Integrity Management System) catalogs
- Fully leverages Procurement processes and tools to ensure most effective procurement method is utilized
- Maintains agreement portfolio: scope updates, pricing, Exhibits, amendments
- Ensures contract compliance and utilization - monitors supplier performance, troubleshoots issues, etc
- Ensures transactional efficiency of agreements by leveraging systems
- Identifies business value and other opportunities within the portfolio
- Develops and maintains internal and external relationships to meet business line expectations
- Provides fit-for-risk process improvements
