Identifies Community First Health Plan members with specific health care needs and provides case management interventions. Analyzes, approves health care services and monitors outpatient care planning for Community First Health Plans members based on established criteria, plan policies and procedures. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Qualified applicants will contribute the following:
* Operate and maintain ammonia refrigeration systems, boilers, steam, and compressed air systems
* Perform routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
* Conduct daily ammonia system inspections and rounds
* Support equipment modifications and technical troubleshooting
* Participate in Process Safety Management (PSM) and Root Cause Analysis activities
* Perform maintenance during both production and scheduled downtime
* Assist maintenance technicians and support training of new employees
* Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives
* Ability and willingness to work overtime, any shift, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
* Plant operation is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Education:
