Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager to lead and grow our Ulta Beauty business. This role is responsible for full account ownership, driving sell-through, and delivering profitable growth through strong financial management, joint business planning, and close collaboration with Ulta’s buying and planning teams. The ideal candidate brings hands-on Ulta experience within the beauty industry and a deep understanding of how to win at retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary owner of the Ulta Beauty account, managing all day-to-day account activities
- Drive topline and profitable growth through joint business planning, assortment strategy, promotions, and merchandising execution
- Analyze POS and retail performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks; translate insights into actionable plans
- Own forecasting, demand planning, and P&L management for the Ulta business
- Manage, track, and optimize trade spend, ensuring effective ROI and alignment with retailer funding models
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance, sales operations) to execute launches, promotions, and resets
- Prepare and deliver sales recaps, forecasts, and strategic presentations to internal stakeholders and retail partners
- Build strong relationships with Ulta merchants and planners; effectively negotiate programs, funding, and promotional support
- Stay current on beauty trends, competitive activity, and Ulta merchandising strategies to inform account plans
Qualifications
- MUST HAVE MIN -4+ years of direct Ulta account management experience (required). This is not managing the stores it's working directly with Ulta corporate buyers/merchants on SELL IN
- National account management experience within beauty (cosmetics)
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, including:
- POS analysis and reporting
- Forecasting and demand planning
- P&L ownership
- Trade spend and promotional optimization
- Deep understanding of Ulta’s promotional calendar, funding structures, and in-store/online merchandising
- Proven track record of driving sell-through and profitable growth
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced retail environment
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with retail analytics tools a plus

Specialize in one or more of the following technical disciplines is required:
Audio
- Live mixing (front of house and monitors)
- Experience setting up and tearing down audio gear (speakers, instruments, etc.)
- Proficient in programming and operating digital consoles and advanced audio programs (Q-SYS, Dante, etc.)
- Read and implement lighting plots
- Experience programming lighting consoles and moving lights
- Understand basic lighting principles
- Knowledge of electrical systems and circuitry
- Live event experience building and operating video systems from scratch
- Video engineering experience for live events in multiple areas (i.e. switching, graphics, editing, etc.)
- Media server and/or projection mapping knowledge
- LED wall installation experience
- Familiar with theatrical overhead rigging practices
- Experience with, and willingness to continue learning about, truss systems, chain hoists, and overhead safety guidelines
- Able to obtain and maintain a CDL B license
- Experience repairing and creating puppets and props
- Able to recreate items based on template or mold
- Relevant experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse with electronic inventory management systems
- Able to obtain and maintain a CDL B license
- Comfortable checking-in and checking-out all entertainment equipment, including packing and loading trucks for transportation
- Familiar with performing inventory control checks
- Experience with setting up, operating, and maintaining show control systems and equipment for entertainment venues
- Comprehension of networking and IT principles
- Familiar with Navigator, Conductor, Q-SYS, and/or AMX is a plus
- Ability to obtain FL CDL with hazmat endorsement
- Operate heavy equipment such as Roll Loader, Forklift, Scissor Lift and WAVe Lift
- Warehouse and inventory management experience
- Experience with programming, installation, and operation of live pyrotechnic systems
- Knowledge of special effects systems (i.e. fog, lasers, haze, etc.)

We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and strategic Product & Business Development Manager to lead growth and innovation within our beauty and personal care manufacturing operations. This hybrid role combines hands-on product development with strategic business expansion, guiding ideas from concept through commercialization. Key Responsibilities
Product Development & Creative Innovation
- Lead concept-to-launch product creation across skincare, body, and hair categories, balancing creativity, technical feasibility, and market demand.
- Develop product briefs and strategies rooted in consumer trends, client objectives, and company capabilities.
- Define and align product positioning, performance benchmarks, and claims, ensuring feasibility and innovation across formulations and packaging.
- Partner with R&D, Regulatory, Operations, and Quality to ensure new product feasibility, compliance, and timely commercialization.

Qualifications
Education

Position Overview
The Help Desk Intern will play a key role in supporting both day-to-day operations and IT-driven projects across the organization. This position acts as a crucial link between technical teams and business units, helping to identify, track, and resolve issues that impact ongoing projects and IT service delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in IT and Help Desk projects focused on process improvement, automation, and service quality.
