Position Responsibilities:
Obtain daily work assignments from the team leader or supervisor and review work orders and blueprints to determine required tasks.
Inspect preparatory cleaning, application of sealant, protective coatings, and leak detection coatings of integral fuel cells.
Perform and witness leak checks, determining the source of leaks and evaluating the extent of repairs required.
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing to evaluate and coordinate improvements in build processes and defect reduction initiatives.
Initiate and document any nonconforming materials or assemblies according to specifications and procedures.
Conduct audits and surveillance of manufacturing and quality assurance processes to ensure compliance.
Use precision measuring instruments and shop mathematics to verify that all parts and assemblies meet quality requirements.
Review manufacturing plans and other documentation for completeness and compliance, identifying any discrepancies.
Inspect mockups of engineering design changes to ensure adherence to specifications.
Perform line checks to investigate whether rejectable conditions exist on other assemblies or airplanes.
Indicate Quality Assurance acceptance by stamping the appropriate paperwork and processing completed records.
Review previously accepted systems, customer requirements, or FAA conformities to determine if re-inspection is required.
Work with engineering and the FAA on red label equipment to ensure proper segregation from production parts.
Document discrepancies and report them to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
Assist in the training and instruction of lower-grade inspectors, providing guidance as needed.
Physical Demands and Potential Hazards:
Perform physical tasks that include lifting weights ranging from 10-15 lbs. to 15-35 lbs.
Engage in various movements such as reaching, handling, turning, twisting, lifting, lowering, climbing, balancing, bending, kneeling, crouching, and squatting.
Work in environments that may involve contact with metals, solvents, and coolants.
Operate in proximity to moving parts and tools, sharp cutters, and potential slipping hazards.

Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications (e.g., blueprint/schematic reading, specification, change, design).
3+ years of experience in setting and using precision measuring tools and equipment such as micrometers, calipers, and/or dial indicators.
1+ years of experience calibrating and/or using coordinate measurement machines, laser trackers, and/or optical measurement devices.
Experience as a Quality Inspector.
Experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

The Learning and Development Coordinator will support the end-to-end coordination of a key enterprise learning program. Maintaining training and user profile records; this role coordinates calendaring and enrollment, tracking, assessments, reporting and customer communications for virtual and in person learning events. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set-up rails, print, and die cut section on Flexo accurately in accordance with proper setup techniques.
Inspect all dies before and after run to ensure that any necessary repairs are made before the next run.
Ensure all bolts for cutting dies are in place and tightly secured.
Monitor box quality, including, but not limited to, loose liner, warp, correct size, and print. Check rolls for damage.
Maximize the utilization of equipment by operating the machinery at available capacity and speed.

Complete annual food packaging safety training.

- Three (3) plus years of learning experience design work, with specific experience in conceptualizing, designing, and creating learning experiences for adult learners a plus.

- Experience working with higher education professionals.
- Expertise in at least one of the following: instructional design, instructional technology, contemporary theories and methods of learning experience creation, learning management systems, learning content management systems, application of technological innovations to enhance learning and mastery of outcomes.
- Experience developing with tools such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline/Studio a plus.
- Successful experience in relationship management across a range of partners.
- Be able to evaluate vendor, contractor, and SME contributions to ensure all learning products meet and/or exceed Covista standards of excellence.
- Be a skilled communicator and collaborator, able to handle criticism, actively participate in design meetings, and deliver highly engaging learning assets.
- Possess a working knowledge of contemporary and innovative principles of instructional design, curriculum development, and educational technology.
- Possess solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Be committed to results and consistently demonstrate accountability in all areas of responsibility.
- Possess strong organizational skills and have a history of positive results achieved collaboratively.
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $61,720.78 and $108,334.92. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility. Job Description Under supervision machine operators will ensure the safe, efficient operation of various production and sterilization equipment to meet quality and output standards.
Work with a team to maintain high product quality.
Major Responsibilites: Machine Operation & Maintenance: Operate, monitor, and set up various production and packaging equipment safely.
Perform minor maintenance and repairs; address equipment issues and involve maintenance when necessary.
Quality Control: Verify correct inserts, labels, and pouches for each lot.
Check product output for quality and accuracy; adjust processes to maintain high quality.
Document machine attributes and parameters on required forms and logs.
Packaging & Handling: Weigh products before packaging; operate equipment to process and package materials.
Load and transport finished products; seal and verify packaging integrity Additional Responsibilities: Communicate with packers on the line status and new jobs.
Fill out requisition forms for shortages and scrap components; complete scrap reports.
Assist in maintaining proper line clearance; perform backup duties and other projects as assigned Maintain a clean and safe work area; ensure orderly housekeeping.
