What You'll Do

  • Arrive at HUB store to get product for Pop-Up Retail locations.
  • Complete Truck Assessment checklist at the beginning of each delivery day prior to leaving hub store.
  • Ensure that products are secured in the truck using straps or loading bars.
  • Safely transport products to Pop-Up Retail locations.
  • Place product on the reassembled flatbed cart to be taken into the location.
  • Take expired product and place in empty boxes and return to home store.
  • Complete the delivery manifest checklist, ensuring that all product is accounted for and delivered accurately, as well as returned to store when needed.
  • Complete temp logs to ensure product food safety standards are met.

Your Track Record

  • Ability to safety operate a 14 ft. to 26 ft. refrigerated truck for local deliveries
  • Have a valid driver's license and current DOT medical card
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment DOT drug screen, MVR check and DOT background
  • Have knowledge of current DOT requirements
  • At least 21 years of age
  • CDL not required

Required Education:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
  • Phlebotomy certification preferred.
  • Required in California, Nevada, and Washington.


Work Experience:

Minimum of 6 months experience REQUIRED. One(+) years phlebotomy experience preferred.

Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.

Keyboard/data entry experience a must.

Additional Job Details:

Must list home city/commute time to jobsite on resume (should be within 20-25 MINUTES TO SITE) - rate is based on years of DIRECT PHLEBOTOMY EXPERIENCE as listed in resume. Overlapping roles do not count twice. If your candidate is currently a student, please ensure that your candidate's school schedule will NOT conflict with shift schedule.

Candidate must have their own reliable transportation to get to/from worksite without issue (Being dropped off by bus, Uber, rideshare is not reliable transportation). Must be available to work whenever scheduled, BE ON TIME, and stay for the entire shift.
