The Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager position's primary responsibility is to fulfill our mission statement, \"to create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guests.\" Additionally, AIT and Assistant Managers perform a variety of sales, merchandising and operational tasks assigned by store management (e.g., cashiering, merchandise display and pulls, register procedures, and routine cleaning of facilities). - Earn $100,000-$110,300 Annually Per Driver
- $0.86 CPM + $25 Per Stop (Split)
- $5,000 Sign-On Bonus in 10 monthly payments for Experienced Drivers
- Unlimited Driver Referral Program ($2,000-$3,000 per referral, paid out over 180 days)
