JOB SUMMARY:
The Data Analyst turns operational, quality, and project data into actionable insights that drive throughput, schedule adherence, and cost performance. This is a part-time, on-site role for a SWPPP Inspector, based in Houston, TX. They will collaborate with project managers, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure adherence to erosion control and storm water pollution prevention plans. General Summary
As the Director of Maintenance, you will be the on‑site authority guiding all maintenance and service operations to ensure aircraft are safe, airworthy, and ready for flight. You'll oversee maintenance activities in full alignment with FAA regulations, the Quality Control Manual (QCM), the Repair Station Manual (RSM), and all approved maintenance data. Your leadership ensures every aircraft is maintained and released to service in full compliance with 14 CFR Part 145.
In this pivotal role, you will provide the strategic direction, hands‑on leadership, and regulatory accountability that keeps our maintenance organization operating at peak performance. Top Candidates Will Possess
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business or related field preferred
- Minimum 10 years aircraft maintenance experience
- Minimum 5 years in a maintenance leadership role within a Part 145 environment
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certificate required
- Deep understanding of business aviation airframes, powerplants, and diagnostics
- Strong working knowledge of FAA Part 145 (and Part 91/135 interfaces), safety management systems, and quality assurance principles
- Ability to troubleshoot complex maintenance issues and guide teams through efficient, compliant resolutions
- Proficient in planning, workflow optimization, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Strong communicator capable of translating technical issues into clear, customer‑friendly information
- Builds trust with aircraft owners, operators, and OEMs through transparency and exceptional service delivery

Harper Brothers Construction is a full-service civil construction company specializing in large site infrastructure, underground, and road work. We are currently looking for a Project Engineer to join our team . The Project Engineer assists the Project Manager with the planning and daily execution of the construction project. Responsible for maintaining certain aspects of the project schedule, as assigned by the Project Manager, by managing the process of submittal approvals, coordinating the timely delivery of materials, and maintaining schedules and budgets to ensure projects are completed with quality, profitability and while complying with our Safety culture.
Responsibilities:
- Able to travel 60-70% of the time (Within Colorado)
- Assist in development of project plan as requested
- Read and understand plans and specifications
- Perform quantity takeoffs
- Perform solicitations to Vendors and Subcontractors
- Work on project site to observe progression
- Communicate roll out of projects with Project Manager, Superintendent, and field personnel
- Perform submittals to agencies as required for construction of project
- Review and analyze job cost information – verify accurate and complete, address and or correct as necessary
- Communicate with Project Manager and Superintendent on a regular basis to ensure project issues and concerns are addressed
- Generate billing quantities from information provided by field personnel and contractual requirements
- Able to work and assist others to work in a safe manner within the guidelines of the company’s policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- BS Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field of study
- Good Communication skills and ability to work well with others in a Team environment
