- We are seeking a Senior Nuclear Scheduler to support major nuclear projects by developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the master project schedule in coordination with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) teams.

- Perform schedule variance analysis using Primavera P6.
- Monitor contractor schedules and address issues impacting project milestones.
- Track schedule-related issues and communicate impacts to project management and leadership teams.

- Provide schedule data to support change orders, bid comparisons, and project planning activities.
- Develop and maintain project metrics, including: Progress curves, Labor histograms, Milestone tracking, Schedule performance indicators

Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 scheduling software.
- Experience with Excel, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Word.
- Proven experience with: Resource-loaded schedules, Contractor baseline schedules, Time impact analysis, Earned value management reporting
- Experience converting schedules between tools (e.g., Primavera P6, P3, Microsoft Project).
- Strong knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) schedule analysis.
- Experience preparing maintenance or outage schedules (PM/CM) within nuclear or industrial environments.
- High School Diploma required.
Preferred Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Zimmermann utilizes the advertised salary and hourly range as a benchmark to offer candidates competitive compensation in the market. This approach also allows for flexibility to account for differing levels of experience and to reward both performance and tenure.
Although the published salary range is a genuine estimate of the intended hourly pay for the role, Zimmermann maintains the discretion to offer compensation outside the specified range.
In addition to hourly pay, Client Advisors are also eligible for commission on all sales.

Job Description
Supervises the overall cleaning of all kitchens and food related areas including washing of silver, china, and glassware, and the supervision of the stewarding staff.
- Monitor the operation of the sanitation department to ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Maintain staffing levels to meet business need.
- Assists Food & Beverage Director in establishing budget goals and objectives and monitoring financial aspects of the department.
- Calculate, analyze, and minimize labor costs.
- Responsible for personnel-related matters including but not limited to interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, evaluating, promoting, counseling, and discharging.
- One year certificate from college or technical school or three to six (3 to 6) months of related experience and or training, or combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals.
- Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to calculate basic math.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

Position Overview
We are looking for a Bilingual Manager Assistant (Chinese–English) to support company management in daily operations and cross-border communication.
This role will primarily focus on translation, coordination, and administrative support, helping ensure smooth communication between the U.S. team and Chinese management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Chinese–English interpretation and translation during meetings, calls, and daily communication
- Translate documents including reports, emails, presentations, and internal communications
- Assist management with meeting coordination, scheduling, and follow-ups
- Support communication between U.S. staff and overseas management teams
- Help prepare reports, presentations, and operational documents

Qualifications

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Product Developer with a strong background in packaging, paper products and glass. The ideal candidate will be able to develop basic items with minimal direction based on existing samples or concept artwork, while thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop packaging solutions for luxury products using materials such as paper, fabric, tins, and glass.
- Evaluate and select appropriate materials based on cost, sustainability, and performance.
- Requires the ability to develop projects in close coordination with our China office and, at times, communicate directly with our partner factories.
- Candidates should be comfortable managing product development across international teams, ensuring clear communication, timelines, and technical requirements throughout the development process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
- Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines are met.
- Communicate effectively through excellent verbal and written skills for collaboration and presentations.
- Maintain high attention to detail throughout the development process.
- Work with suppliers to source materials and production capabilities.
- Exhibit a problem-solving mindset to overcome challenges as they arise.
- This role requires direct client interaction. You will assist the CEO and Sales team in communicating with clients to manage ongoing programs and provide updates on sampling, development, and production timelines. Strong communication skills and the ability to professionally represent the company in client-facing conversations are essential.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product development, specifically in packaging and paper products.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and strong project management skills.
- Experience working with custom glass components is highly preferred. Applicants with a background developing glass packaging for cosmetics, candle vessels, or glass bottles will be strongly considered. Familiarity with glass manufacturing processes, finishes, and supplier coordination is a plus.
- Self-starter with a highly motivated and ambitious attitude.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of detail.
