Business Development Manager 100% (m/f/x)
The Business Development Manager – Life Sciences is responsible to drive growth in the North American pharmaceutical market. This role focuses on new customer acquisition, strategic account development, and expansion of our presence in the life sciences and specialty chemicals sectors. The job holder will work closely with global sales, operations, and manufacturing teams to implement our global life sciences strategy, with a particular focus on the emerging oligonucleotide value chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers while expanding opportunities within existing accounts
- Analyze the North American life sciences and pharmaceutical market to identify growth opportunities
- Build and maintain a strong industry network, particularly in the oligonucleotide value chain
- Manage and coordinate the full sales cycle with internal teams including Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Legal, and Customer Service
- Develop strategic account plans and growth strategies
- Support the annual budgeting and sales planning process
- Deliver accurate demand forecasting and achieve defined revenue targets

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
- 5+ years of business development or sales experience in specialty chemicals, pharmaceutical ingredients, or life sciences
- Strong network in the pharmaceutical, CDMO, and specialty chemicals industry
- Experience selling to the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
- Strong understanding of regulated markets and value-based selling
- Demonstrated experience with strategic negotiations, partnerships, and long-term agreements
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing key accounts

What will I be doing?

This is a full-time, non-exempt position scheduled from Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. We have flexible hours so you can start anytime between 6 a.m. and 8 a.m. - an 8-hour shift plus 30 min. lunchbreak will have you finish your day between 2.30 p.m. and 4.30 p.m. This position works in a manufacturing production environment. Position Overview:
The essential responsibilities of this position include learning how to install molds into molding machines, set up automation, secondary, and auxiliary equipment in a safe, correct, and efficient manner. This candidate must always strive to improve the quality and stability of the manufacturing process. The majority of this position is gaining a basic knowledge of all in house machinery knowledge of machine safety, machine functions and molding vocabulary. Responsibilities- Perform mold changes and setups on molding machines with assistance from Mold Tech and/or Process Tech. Continuously look for changeover process improvement.
- Mold changes and setups require the use of magnetic platens and traditional mold setting techniques.
- Develop and demonstrate a basic knowledge of all in house machinery knowledge of machine safety, machine functions, and molding machine vocabulary.
- Robotics Change End-of-Arm Tooling (EOAT), load programs, starts, stops, and step through programs on multiple machines.
- Processing Load predefined part recipes, and verify to process sheet.
- Materials Identify various material types and understand general resin drying parameters.
- Quality Systems Demonstrate an understanding of molding defects, read blueprints, read and follow Quality Instructions (QI), demonstrated use of gauges, complete start-up check sheet.
- Maintain or improve the quality of the manufacturing process.
- Technical Communication The ability to communicate on a technical level.
- Insure that all machines are operating at standard cycle times and operating efficiencies, as well as producing quality parts. Notify Process Technician or Supervisor when unable to attain due to elements outside of trainee's control.

Part-time Hourly Position Starting at $13.00/Hour DOE + tips + benefits.Located in Albuquerque, NM. Working out of Sawmill Market.
Essential Duties and Functions/Responsibilities/Tasks:
- Work under direction of Executive Chef or Sous Chef.
- Communicate daily with Kitchen leadership regarding job assignments and required timeframe.
- Maintain high level of positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests.
- Set up workstations before meal prep begins.
- Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas.
- Load, run, and unload dishwashing machines.
- Check washing machines operation and promptly report any technical/performance issues.
- Maintain cleaning supplies stock (e.g. detergents) and place orders when necessary.
- Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses and utensils, especially during peak hours.
- Wash specific items by hand (e.g. wooden cutting boards, large pots and delicate china).
- Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment appropriately.
- Remove garbage regularly.
- Sanitize the kitchen area, including the floor.
- Other duties as assigned consistent with the functions of this position as needed at the property.

Requirements:
- Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification required.
- Ability to work on your feet in humid kitchen environment for eight hours or more.
- Must be able to lift/push/reach for/carry 30+ pounds frequently.
- Excellent verbal communication and ability to multitask.
- 6 months to 1 year or equivalent combination of education and experience; high volume and/or fine dining kitchen experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience/training.

The primary responsibilities of a Brake Press Operator are to bend sheet metal in accordance with design specifications and to ensure each piece produced is free of defects. We're looking for a hardworking professional who enjoys meeting challenges and surpassing customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of Cnc Break Press experience in a manufacturing environment.
To meet these main goals, they may perform the following job duties:
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate Shear and/or Press Brake for routine established work.
- Select proper punches and dies based on material thickness and type.
- Load, install and correctly set up the tools required, and set machine parameters to ensure optimal performance of the equipment.
- Safely operate forklift to handle materials.
- Grind finished product for sandblasting.
- Perform assigned work within time standards and quality expectations.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with fast changing priorities.
- Detects equipment malfunctions or out of tolerance machining and adjusts machine, within capabilities, controls or control media as required to ensure quality of productions. Reports all machine malfunctions to Management.
- Willingness to cross-train and perform the work of other job tasks in addition to the primary assigned position.
- Communicates with management, for assignments and to resolve machining or quality issues.
- Responsible for keeping equipment and work area clean and orderly and perform basic preventive maintenance functions on equipment.
- Suggest and implement improvements.
- Completes all required safety procedures prior to and during operations.
- Working hours are general 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., but may be adjusted as needed to meet production needs
- Work Requirements
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to:
- Lift, carry, push and/or pull heavy weight.
- Squat, kneel, bend/stoop, twist/turn, grasp and reach overhead and outward
- Stand and walk for 1-12 hours per day for up to 6 days a week.
- Work in a non-temperature controlled environment.
- Work in a fast paced industrial environment wearing vision and hearing protection and other appropriate protective clothing.
