Overview:

Seeking a strategic, hands-on Vice President of Engineering to lead and grow a high-performing MEP team supporting mission-critical, data centers, and large-scale infrastructure projects. This role will drive technical excellence, team development, and project delivery across complex engineering initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set technical direction and lead multidisciplinary MEP engineering teams
• Ensure high-quality, code-compliant, and constructible designs
• Mentor and develop engineering leaders, fostering accountability and performance
• Partner with project managers and clients to deliver projects on time and on budget
• Drive innovation across design processes, tools, and sustainable practices

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of MEP engineering experience, including 8+ years in leadership
• Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• Strong expertise in complex systems, design standards, and tools such as Revit
• Proven track record of building teams and delivering large-scale projects
