Job Title: Electrical Project Manager
Location: Seattle
Salary Range: $140k to $170k (negotiable, depending on experience)

We are seeking an Electrical Project Manager, with experience in either transit, roadworks, industrial (water treatment, oil and gas, etc), commercial, or municipal projects, who wants to join a tight knight union shop, with two decades of success under their belt.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead and coordinate all phases of the electrical project lifecycleβfrom pre-construction planning, estimating and budgeting through execution, commissioning and close-outβensuring completion on time, within budget and to quality standards
- Oversee and manage project teams (project managers, engineers, superintendents, subcontractors, vendors), ensure compliance with contract terms, drawings and specifications, track change orders/RFIs/submittals and maintain accurate documentation
- Monitor and control project financials including cost forecasting, margin protection, billing/progress payments, resource loading and productivity metrics, while maintaining adherence to safety and regulatory standards
- Establish both quantitative and qualitative goals and objectives for each project
- Provide direction, technical advice and guidance for the development of the project including the construction documents, coordination with consultants
- Provide training, support and mentoring to team members, as well as participating in professional development reviews
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with teammates, consultants, contractors and agencies
Must Haves:
- At least 7+ years expertise in Electrical Project Management within transit, industrial water treatment, commercial, and/or municipal projects
- Based in Seattle, or willing to relocate/commute
Preferred:
- IBEW/ECM Apprenticeship, Construction Management degree, or similar preferred

About the Role
- Lead and produce comprehensive, accurate cost estimates for electrical scopes (materials, labour, equipment, subcontractor costs) across complex commercial, industrial, and infrastructure/roadway projects, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
- Review and analyse technical documents including drawings, specifications, tender packages, and Bills of Quantities to define scope, identify risks, and determine optimal estimating approaches.
- Manage the end-to-end tender process, coordinating with internal teams (pre-construction, project management, commercial) and external stakeholders (suppliers, subcontractors, clients) to gather quotes, negotiate costs, and finalise bid submissions.
- Provide strategic input on value engineering, risk allocation, and cost-saving opportunities while preparing detailed reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership and clients.
- Mentor and support junior estimators, fostering best practices, reviewing work products, and contributing to continuous improvement of estimating processes and tools within the department.
Your Qualifications:
- 10 -15+ years experience as an Electrical Estimator
- Based in East Chicago, Indiana, or willing to commute or relocate

Mechanical Superintendent β Mechanical Construction (North Carolina, United States)
Location: North Carolina
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Superintendent to support continued growth and newly awarded large-scale projects across the Charlotte, NC and Columbia, SC markets.
This is a field leadership role responsible for overseeing large multifamily/high-rise mechanical construction projects. The Superintendent will manage crews, coordinate with general contractors and inspectors, oversee labor planning and budgets, and ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards.
The ideal candidate has experience running large-scale, high-rise multifamily projects including sheet metal, piping, line sets, and system startups.
Key Responsibilities
Field Leadership & Execution
- Manage and supervise Foremen and field crews on active mechanical construction projects.
- Walk jobs daily to monitor productivity, quality, and safety.
- Coordinate with General Contractors, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with project schedules and installation standards.
- Oversee mechanical scopes including piping, sheet metal, HVAC systems, line sets, and startups.
Project Oversight
- Build and manage labor plans.
- Perform material takeoffs and coordinate procurement needs.
- Monitor and oversee project budgets.
- Identify and resolve jobsite challenges proactively.
- Document progress and maintain strong communication with project teams.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of mechanical construction experience with leadership responsibility.
- Experience managing Foremen and large field crews.
- Experience overseeing budgets and labor plans.
- Strong background in large-scale multifamily or high-rise construction projects.
- Experience coordinating with GCs and inspectors.
- Willingness to travel within the Charlotte metro and Columbia, SC markets.
- Stable job history: No more than 3 roles in the last 10 years (reasons for transitions required).
Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive experience on high-rise multifamily projects
- Experience managing large mechanical scopes similar in scale to major multifamily developers.
- Strong knowledge of sheet metal, piping, HVAC systems, line sets, and mechanical startups.
Travel & Location Expectations
- Must be comfortable working across both Charlotte, NC and Columbia, SC markets.
- Long-term presence likely required in both regions.
- Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates willing to move to the Charlotte metro area.
