About The Opportunity
UPMC's Heart & Vascular Institute (HVI) seeks a full-time, general, non-invasive cardiologist to join its expanding team in 2026 or 2027. The successful candidate will enjoy a clinical academic appointment and provide inpatient/outpatient services at its UPMC Jameson &/or UPMC Horizon locations.
Duties include inpatient cardiology consultations, critical care services, ECG analysis, interpretation of transthoracic echocardiograms, perform/interpret transesophageal echocardiograms and cardiac nuclear studies as well as the option to teach. These duties are performed in weekly rotation with cardiologists within the practice and weekend coverage is shared 1:4.

HVI's service at UPMC Jameson, and nearby UPMC Horizon, together are comprised of 4 full-time cardiologists currently (2 interventionalists with 2 non-invasive cardiologists now & growing to 6 combined) as well as 10 APPs serving two suburban areas near Pittsburgh. In addition to these full-time providers, there are part-time services provided by 4 Electrophysiologists (including pacemaker clinic), a Heart Failure specialist, 3 vascular surgeons, 1 thoracic surgeon, and 1 cardiothoracic surgeon. HVI's outpatient office in New Castle is located inside UPMC Jameson, as are a full range of diagnostic services including 2 cath labs. HVI Horizon-Greenville is located within UPMC Horizon Greenville, and HVI Horizon-Shenango is located across the street from UPMC Horizon Shenango.

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer / Cloud Administrator to manage and support enterprise cloud environments across AWS and Microsoft Azure. This role will be responsible for subscription and account management, security and access control, cost optimization, and ensuring reliable, compliant, and well‑governed cloud operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer AWS and Azure subscriptions/accounts, including setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance
- Design and implement IAM, RBAC, policies, and access management aligned with security best practices
- Handle subscription governance, cost management, budgets, forecasting, and billing optimization
- Provision and manage cloud resources, including compute, storage, networking, and associated services
- Ensure adherence to cloud security, compliance, and governance frameworks
- Monitor cloud environments using native and third‑party tools; perform logging, alerting, and troubleshooting
- Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery (DR), and high‑availability (HA) strategies
