Seeking a board certified Electrophysiologist to join a well established EP group of four physicians in Fort Wayne, IN as part of a large multidisciplinary Cardiology group of 24: 10 Non-Invasive Cardiologists, 8 Interventional Cardiologists, 4 EP, 2 Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologists.
Call is limited to Electrophysiology only and would be 1:4 weekdays and weekends.
It is a 60+ physician multi-specialty group based in Ft. Wayne, IN established 30+ years ago.
EP candidates should be well versed with both basic and advanced EP procedures/ device implantation. Interest and competence in complex ablation and lead extractions is strongly preferred.Experience with epicardial VT ablations and LA appendage exclusion devices is welcome.
The two electrophysiology labs are well equipped for complex ablation procedures and are staffed by experienced and highly trained RNs and techs. We perform Cryo and RF Afib and VT ablations, lead extractions, convergent AF ablations and LA appendage ligation with Lariat device. Carto and ESI mapping systems are available and we are in the process of building a new hybrid lab with Rhythmia mapping system to facilitate complex ablations and lead management.
The Electrophysiology outpatient clinics include a dedicated Afib clinic which is part of Heart and Vascular Center (with clinics for structural heart, heart failure, lipid management and Pulmonary Hypertension).

Role Description
This is a full-time ON-SITE role for a Business Analyst, based in Miami, FL, with some flexibility for remote work. Please do not apply if you cannot be IN OFFICE in the Miami area. The Business Analyst will work cross-functionally to analyze complex datasets, build dashboards and visualizations, and translate findings into strategic recommendations for leadership and local operators.
- Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets using SQL and Python to track and optimize core subscription and enrollment KPIs (e.g., avg enrollments, % new, and churn rates)
- Engineer and maintain scalable data pipelines, transforming fragmented, inconsistent, and messy data from multiple source systems into clean, reliable datasets through rigorous validation, normalization, and quality control processes.

We are seeking a contract Project Manager to lead a high-visibility IT infrastructure and cybersecurity initiative to build a secure CMMC-aligned enclave in Azure and enable multiple businesses to onboard and operate within the environment to support third-party certification readiness.
The enclave’s infrastructure and security services are delivered and operated by an outsourced managed services provider (MSP/MSSP). This role will manage execution across internal stakeholders and the MSP/MSSP, ensuring delivery is aligned to technical requirements, compliance expectations, timelines, and audit-ready documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution for the expanded design, build, and rollout of a secure Azure-based CMMC enclave, supporting multiple business entities.
- Serve as the primary project manager coordinating across IT/Security stakeholders, business units, and the MSP delivering the environment.
- Develop and maintain the integrated project plan, timeline, milestones, and RAID log (risks/actions/issues/decisions).
- Manage vendor/MSP&MSSP delivery including scope alignment, execution tracking, dependencies, deliverable acceptance, and issue escalation.
- Establish clear scope boundaries between the enclave “core baseline” (shared services) and business-specific customization requirements.
