Cantera Doors is seeking a highly connected, self-driven sales professional with deep experience in the window and door industry. This role is designed for a proven performer who already has strong relationships and is ready to leverage them to drive immediate revenue.
This is a high-autonomy, high-earning opportunity for someone who thrives in a commission-driven environment and understands how to win in the luxury residential and architectural space. You’ll work with premium, window and door systems, partnering with builders, architects, developers, and high-end homeowners on custom projects.
- 5+ years of experience in window and door sales (or closely related architectural products)
- Strong, active network within the building, architecture, or design community
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals and generating consistent revenue
- Highly self-sufficient—able to operate independently without training or micromanagement
- Comfortable in a commission-driven environment
- Professional presence with the ability to engage high-end clientele
