Requirements

  • Current, active Florida RN license
  • Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
  • G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
  • TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
  • Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed)
  • Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website)
