CRNA Job Details – Vacaville, CA
- Healthcare Setting: Hospital & Ambulatory Surgery Center
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks, with extension option
- Shifts per Week: 4
- Shift Length: 10-hour shifts; 12-hour shifts in OB as needed
- Schedule: Monday–Friday; no call required
CRNA Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted California CRNA license (licensing candidates not considered)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred
- Minimum 1 year of recent CRNA experience in acute care settings
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR (Health Connect)
- OB anesthesia experience highly preferred
CRNA Responsibilities
- Deliver anesthesia care for adult patients in general, orthopedic, urology, gynecology, gastroenterology, head and neck, thoracic, neuro, ENT, and OB cases
- Collaborate within a 1:3 MD supervision model
- Conduct pre-operative assessments, administer anesthesia, and monitor patients throughout procedures
- Ensure patient safety and comfort in both hospital and ambulatory surgery center environments
- Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR
- Adapt to variable patient census and room assignments
