Essential Job Duties
- All information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines and applicable laws.
- Perform required tasks operating appropriate equipment clamp truck, sit down truck, stand up truck, slip sheet truck, barcode readers and safety equipment, etc.
- Receive and understand material movement orders and transport material to and from designated areas in the facility.
- Ability to perform the dispatch function which consists of: properly checking in/out trailers, post Bill of Ladings as required, scan to Bill of Ladings to Network,
- Perform Standard Work BBS Observations and LTO Standard Work Gemba Walks.
- Mentor and train new/current employees on LTO tasks: Equipment, RF, Picking, Loading, etc.
- Ability train & certify employees on all powered industrial equipment in warehouse.
- Support CI initiatives as needed.
- Follow all safety and operating rules.
- Inventory: Keep appropriate records and reports to guarantee that tight inventory control and security are maintained. Assist in physical inventories. Ensure proper stock rotation.
- Safety, Sanitation, Security: Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse. Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety. Comply with OSHA and MSDS Standards.
- Qualifications:
- Must work overtime as needed and flexible to work on any shift
- Must be a demonstrated team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Certifications:
- Power Industrial Truck Certified
- Lock out Tag out certified (Glad Hand Locks)
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
- Will be exposed to hot temperatures during summer months and cold temperatures during the winter months.
- There may be some exposure to dust inside warehouse, exposure to machine noises.
- Ability to maintain single-task focus and situational awareness.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
- Frequent: Sitting, kneel/crawl/bend: stair climbing, carrying: 0-40 lbs for 5-10 feet, out-reaching, standing, walking
- Occasional: Stoop/Squat, Ladder/Steps Climbing, Bend/Twist

Medac Urgent Care has been proudly providing top-ranked patient care to the Wilmington, North Carolina communities since 1984. Paramedics are critical to the success of our clinical teams and crucial to providing fast, friendly, and affordable healthcare at our six Medac Urgent Care centers. With onsite digital X-ray, EKG, common laboratory assays, our teams are able to offer a high level of care to our patients. Job Description
- Learn and practice advanced skills under the direction of our providers. You are trained and trusted with a wider scope of practice including injections, phlebotomy, IVs, EKGs, and orthopedic care.
- Triage patients, take vital signs, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver excellent care.
- Apply splints and wound dressings, collect and record the results of various laboratory tests, administer oral and injectable medications.
