We are looking for a curious, bright, detail-oriented, and energetic eCommerce Merchandising Associate to join our team and play a pivotal role in the continuing growth and success of Johnnie-O. Reporting to the Director of Site Merchandising, this role will help assist in all things site merchandising and beyond with a focus on our licensed product.
What You’ll Do
- Work with the team to help monitor inventory levels and communicate status on a regular basis.
- Ensure compliance with licensed guidelines and expectations.
- Maintain outfitting tool and other merchandising tools, pin or boost products based on inventory and product launch plans
- Ensure that product is reflected accurately on the website (product descriptions, size guides, product titles, categorizations etc.) by QA’ing site daily
- Weekly UPC audit (on / off report) to remove sold out colors, rearrange color order, adjust size and color tags, and make recommendations to pull up inventory or consider pre-order.
- With the merchandising team, create and maintain all product uploads and listing on , including images, tags, meta data, product deceptions, icon/badges
- Track on-site search terms to continually optimize and improve search to reflect latest product launches
- Support with pricing maintenance activities, including promos and end-of-season sale price uploads/updates
- Partner with the E-Comm Team to create effective and innovative online merchandising strategies to drive total category sales and profitability
- Be in tune with go to market strategies and merchandise accordingly
- Ensure site presentation is optimized and lends itself to increased conversion and demand
- Maintain strong understanding of customer experience data (abandoned cart, top products, AOV, etc.) and implement educated merchandising strategies
- Stay in the know on all reports related to D2C sales, site metrics, shop performance trends in order to react quickly to opportunities within the D2C businesses
- Drive dev & testing in relation to licensing optimizations - ideation, QA, variation creation, CSQ follow up

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Apparel knowledge and brand experience strongly preferred
- 1-2 years of relevant site merchandising experience, preferably in the branded apparel industry
- Proficiency in Shopify or similar system, headless CMS experience, a plus

Position Summary
The Judy Blue Technical Designer will demonstrate expertise and knowledge in both junior and plus-size denim – development, fit, construction, sizing, grading, and production practices and procedures. The ideal candidate will have proven success in an apparel/garment construction and manufacturing environment with a specific focus on denim. The Technical Designer is responsible for a cross-functional position that interacts with both the creative and executive parts of the business. This role collaborates with the Technical Design, Design, Product Development, and Production teams, and reports to the Director of Production.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Technical Design team in all aspects; working closely with other team members to effectively manage the overall workload related to construction, fit, approvals, comments, timelines, and other relevant tasks, all under the guidance of Senior Technical Designer.
- Prepare for, organize, and lead fittings, and record accurate fit comments during fittings.

Qualifications

- Perform basic assembly operations to exacting tolerances

As a Healthcare Financial/Actuarial Associate Director, you will be a key member of the Financial, Actuarial and Analytics (FAA) Community of Expertise. You will lead financial and actuarial engagements for a portfolio of clients and play a strategic role on complex accounts, delivering insights that shape benefit program performance. In partnership with Client Service colleagues, you will communicate sophisticated financial concepts in a way that drives client action, improves plan outcomes, and strengthens WTW's value proposition. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects alongside industry leaders and to influence the future of employer-sponsored health programs.
The Role
- Lead Client Engagements: Manage financial and actuarial deliverables for a portfolio of clients, or direct FAA resources for large, complex engagements.
- Financial Strategy and Modeling: Develop pricing strategies, employee contribution models, reserves, and forecasts across self-insured, fully insured, and alternative funding arrangements (e.g., minimum premium, level funding).
- Data Analysis and Insights: Clean, transform, and analyze large, complex integrated datasets (medical, pharmacy, enrollment) to produce actionable insights and client-ready reporting.
- Risk Management Expertise: Guide clients on funding strategies, underwriting pools, credibility methods, pooling point analysis, and stop-loss solutions to optimize risk management.
- Carrier and Market Assessment: Evaluate carrier pricing dynamics and market competitiveness, providing insights that support vendor selection, contract negotiations, and program optimization.
- Plan Design Consulting: Model plan design alternatives, assess impact on cost and employee experience, and guide strategic recommendations to clients.
- Team Leadership: Provide direction, coaching, and feedback to junior colleagues, supporting their technical and professional development.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Global Delivery Centers, Client Service Teams, actuaries, and clinicians to ensure seamless project execution and superior results.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with employer and vendor contacts, serving as a trusted advisor to drive engagement and loyalty.
- Thought Leadership: Contribute to intellectual capital development, identify opportunities for innovation, and support new business, expansion, and cross-selling initiatives.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in professional services, ideally in a benefits consulting, brokerage, underwriting, or actuarial capacity within an insurance or consulting firm.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Actuarial designation (ASA/FSA) preferred.
- Proven ability to lead multiple clients/projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
- Advanced knowledge of benefit plan design, funding approaches, underwriting principles, and post-employment concepts.
- Expertise in financial modeling and actuarial techniques, including pricing models, reserving frameworks, forecasting tools, and scenario modeling.
- Strong data acumen, with the ability to manage and interpret large, complex datasets to inform decision-making.
- Deep understanding of employer health risk management strategies, including stop-loss, credibility, and rating mechanics.
- Experience advising small to mid-sized employers, with sensitivity to unique plan design and cost-optimization considerations.
- Strategic thinker with a solutions-oriented mindset who can synthesize insights and translate them into clear, actionable client recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to confidently present complex financial concepts to executives (CFO, CHRO, CEO).
- Demonstrated success in expanding client relationships and identifying opportunities for additional services.
- Skilled collaborator, comfortable working across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Compensation and Benefits Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Compensation The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $115,000.00 - $160,000.00 USD annually. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.

Required Skills and Experience:
- 3-5+ years of experience with complex business solutions-based sales and/or 2 years' experience in outside sales
- 3-5+ years of experience in a business environment
- PEO consulting experience (preferred)
- Possess a strong working knowledge of employment and labor laws, workforce management best practices and procedures, and state/federal benefit regulations and benefits industry standards (preferred)
- Previous experience in a consultative sales role
- Proven and documented sales track record with complex solution based sales
