Job Summary: The Longchamp Concession Manager oversees all aspects of running a profitable business on their concession shop floor, within our partner department stores (i.e., Nordstrom and Bloomingdales). The Concession Manager ensures the success of their team in all aspects of clientelling and sales, operations, professional development, merchandise presentation and merchandise assortment. The Concession Manager also liaises with their respective department store’s Store Director to ensure team alignment and an understanding of/compliance with all applicable protocols and policies. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Leadership Responsibilities:

• Perform supervisory responsibilities including planning, assigning, and directing work; reviewing performance; rewarding and coaching employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
• Partner with Human Resources in recruiting, hiring and addressing various employee relation issues.
• Assign sales teams daily tasks and goals. Ensure proper completion through follow-up and coaching as needed.
• Complete weekly sales reporting, making suggestions and implementing adjustments to required areas.

Sales and Customer Service Responsibilities:

• Oversee all concession floor moves/renovations, window displays, merchandise presentation or sales/event set-up and partners with the Visual Identity team to ensure compliance with seasonal standards.
• Tag merchandise as needed (not only during sales periods).
• Identifies computer price changes and errors and communicates to corporate Buying team immediately.
• Firm control over shrink and expenses.
• Stays updated on new items, shop promotions, and policies.
• Keeps the sales floor and stockroom clean and practices the highest standards of general housekeeping.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• This job requires a minimum of a High School Diploma (or GED) and either a degree in Retail, Fashion or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of luxury retail, boutique or sales related work experience.
• At least 2+ years of supervisory experience, which has included: staff supervision, scheduling, training, merchandising, inventory, shrink control, budget management and goal setting.
• Understanding of inventory, customer’s sales experience and merchandising.

We are seeking a Lead Materials Developer – Footwear to join the North America Express Lane Footwear Product Creation Team. This role will play a key part in driving material innovation and product excellence across footwear categories including Lifestyle, Jordan, Running, and Kids.

This is a highly collaborative role focused on developing, sourcing, and implementing materials that meet design intent, performance, cost, and sustainability goals in an accelerated product creation environment.

Portfolio Required:

Candidates must provide a portfolio showcasing a variety of materials work and examples of translating design concepts into manufacturable products suitable for mass production.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the materials development process from concept to commercialization ensuring timelines and specifications are met.
• Develop material palettes, tools, and data to support effective material selection across product categories.
• Collaborate with design, product development, product management, and operations teams to deliver product excellence.
• Work closely with material vendors and suppliers to source materials and resolve technical issues.
• Drive initiatives related to material strategy, sustainability, and innovation.
• Monitor market trends, new technologies, and consumer preferences.
• Mentor team members and support technical knowledge sharing.
• Ensure materials are ready for commercialization and large-scale manufacturing.

Must Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of footwear materials development experience
• Experience working within tight timelines and fast-paced product creation environments

• Portfolio demonstrating variety of materials and production-ready work

Senior Sales Associate (Key Holder)

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Senior Sales Associate with Key Holder responsibilities provides an exceptional customer service, generates sales and participates in all essential duties to ensure an effective day-to-day operation at the store, including the support of all operations, visual and brand directives.

What you’ll do:

• Meet and exceed store sales, KPIs and personal target.
• Promote and act as a brand ambassador of Mackage by providing exceptional service within a customer centric environment from product knowledge and excellent customer experience.
• Ensure proactive client engagement leveraging CRM and growing the clientele database.
• Provide timely and informative product knowledge of the brand by explaining the characteristics, the advantages and the benefits of our products to new and existing customers.
• Participate in the daily operations of the store for optimal effectiveness (merchandise reception; labelling, merchandising, POS operations, inventory management, shipping and receiving packages etc.);
• In the absence of the management team, the senior sales associate will oversee daily operations with responsibilities (and not limited) to open and close the store, update daily reports, communicate to HQ partners effectively, execute Visual Merchandising responsibilities, ensure store standards are maintained and operational duties are consistently met.
• Upkeep store standards and maintain merchandising within the sales floor in addition to the organization of back of house.
• Always demonstrate a strong presence on the floor to support the customer experience and uphold loss prevention best practices.
• Act as a strong team player and always remain respectful to your team and customers.

What you’ll need:

• 1-2 years’ experience in a store environment with key holder responsibilities
• Luxury retail experience is a plus.
• Multilingual is a plus.
• Excellent customer service, sales and communication skills set.
• Problem-solving skills related to basic customer service.
• Model a positive attitude, professional appearance, and behavior.
• Good understanding to fashion trends (an asset).
• Experience in visual merchandizing (an asset).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and POS operating systems.
