Duties/Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations, including answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, and supporting visitors.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, and making travel arrangements for senior staff.
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of project proposals and bids.
  • Facilitate the project process from setup to closeout by organizing initial documentation, coordinating necessary approvals, tracking project milestones, maintaining project documentation, managing transmittals and submittals, creating O&M manuals, drafting warranty letters, and preparing closeout documents.
  • Manage insurance certificates and bonds, including bid, payment, and performance bonds.
  • Handle contracts and change orders, ensure approvals, and provide copies to accounting.
  • Oversee the Potential Change Order (PCO) process within ProjectSight, ensuring accurate reconciliation of the PCO log with the accounting software.
  • Support special projects and organize occasional job-site or office meetings, lunches, and breakfasts.
  • Copy, scan, and order drawings for projects as requested.


Required Skills/Abilities

  • Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and Bluebeam.
  • Strong organizational and priority management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Description

Hardin Valley Internal Medicine, a division of Summit Medical Group, has an opening for an experienced Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) to join their passionate, authentic, and growing team of professionals for Back Office. This is a full-time opportunity.

Responsibilities: (List does not include all duties assigned)

  • Handles phone nursing when appropriate, to include triaging, pre-certs, referrals, calling in prescriptions, etc.
  • Performs clerical duties necessary for the provider to see patients such as contacting patients regarding test results and/or other related reasons as directed.
  • Pulls and prepares patient records for physicians to treat patients, as needed.
  • If needed, schedules patient appointments with efficient use of clinical time slots.
  • Maintains stocked, neat, and clean exam rooms and common work areas daily.
  • Adheres to established company policies and procedures (including the corporate compliance program), and follows state and federal regulations, such as OSHA and HIPAA guidelines.

The Effector Digital Products (EDP) department develops electronics for our weapon system products. We are responsible for the architecture, design, and documentation of deliverable FPGA embedded processing. We engage at the outset of the weapon system development and follow our designs through deployment. Our products are deployed all over the world, from the ground to exoatmospheric environments and into space. 

 
As a Principal FPGA Design Engineer you will develop FPGA designs for all major vendors and device families including: Xilinx, Altera, and Microsemi. Designs are implemented using VHDL for the following applications: gigabit serial interfaces, Radio Frequency (RF) and Electro-Optical (EO) DSP, controls, data links, embedded processing and processor interfaces.

Designers work with circuit card designers and systems engineers to develop requirements, architect new parts, collaborative modeling of algorithms, partition and perform code development, simulation, and place and route. Designs are verified against requirements using both directed test and constrained random methodologies. Design support is expected from requirements definition through integration and test. Design documentation and configuration management are required.

This position is 100% ONSITE in Tucson, Arizona.

What You Will Do

  • Deliver production-quality FPGA releases from initial proof of concept to production

  • Architect FPGA-based systems to determine parts, interfaces, and Concept of Operations (CONOPS)

  • Translate system-level requirements into FPGA requirements.

  • Design and code in VHDL for reliability and maintainability.

  • Verify designs utilizing self-checking techniques with directed and constrained random tests, while tracking functional and code coverage.

  • Drive projects and execute program schedules on time and budget.

  • Create complete documentation including requirements, verification plans, and user’s guides.

  • Manage moderately sized projects or processes

  • Viewed as subject-matter expert within discipline

  • Able to operate with minimal oversight from manager

  • Coaches, reviews, and delegates work to junior engineers

  • Support internal and external technical reviews

  • Support customer interactions and relations

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology

  • A minimum of eight (8) years of experience to include the following:

    • FPGA/ASIC design (VHDL and/or Verilog coding) or FPGA/ASIC verification (SystemVerilog coding)

    • Xilinx or Microsemi devices and flow tools

    • Delivering FPGA/ASIC solutions to system level applications

    • Hands on experience with integration and debug of FPGA/ASIC devices

  • The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizen are eligible for a security clearance.
