TV Media Buyer - GG Homes | San Diego, CA

Are you ready to orchestrate million-dollar media campaigns? Do you thrive when you're the strategic force behind client success?

GG Homes is looking for a talented TV Media Buyer who's motivated by results, energized by complex negotiations, and ready to build a career at the intersection of strategy and relationships. This is a dynamic role where you'll be the quarterback for client campaigns, turning market insights into winning media strategies and partnerships into performance.

If you're someone who wants autonomy, values meritocracy, and is looking for a company that will invest in your growth while rewarding your wins, let's talk.

Who We Are

GG Homes is a fast-growing real estate investment company and one of Southern California's leading cash buyers. We've built our success on delivering real solutions to homeowners while creating an environment where high performers can truly thrive.

Here's what makes us different: we believe in celebrating wins as much as we believe in working hard to achieve them. Whether it's team trips to Cabo after record months, Din Tai Fung lunches when we crush our goals, or sunset yacht dinners with the team, we make sure success feels rewarding—not just financially, but personally too.

We're building something special here, and we want people who are ready to grow with us.

The Role: TV Media Buyer

This is a strategic role for natural problem-solvers who take ownership of every campaign. You'll be the driving force behind our TV advertising strategy, not just executing plans but creating them. Your job is to show up, think strategically, and deliver results that move the needle.

You'll be the one building relationships with station reps, controlling negotiations, and making strategic decisions in real-time. Every campaign is different—some will perform immediately, others will require pivots and optimizations. You need to read the data quickly, adjust your strategy on the fly, and find the path to maximum ROI even when the market shifts.

This isn't a role where you follow a playbook. You'll need to think strategically, lead conversations with confidence, and push initiatives forward when others would wait. The best media buyers don't react to the market—they anticipate it.

What You'll Actually Do

  • Take control of client media strategies from planning through execution and optimization
  • Turn budget constraints into opportunities by strategically negotiating rates and placements with TV stations
  • Lead with confidence in client presentations and station negotiations, even when facing pushback
  • Think on your feet to adjust campaigns based on performance data and market conditions
  • Ask the tough questions that others avoid because you know that's where the real insights live
  • Negotiate assertively to secure premium inventory and rates that maximize client ROI
  • Manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously, prioritizing what matters and executing flawlessly
  • Set ambitious performance targets and compete with your own benchmarks to keep raising the bar
  • Drive campaign performance, hitting KPIs and budget efficiency targets that separate the best from the rest
  • Strategize with leadership and clients to refine tactics, optimize conversions, and stay ahead of market trends

Who You Are

We're looking for strategic thinkers who don't need permission to take initiative, who pivot quickly when campaigns underperform, and who approach every buy like a chess match they're determined to win.

Your DNA

  • Strategic thinker with natural leadership – you see the big picture, think several moves ahead, and adjust your game plan on the fly
  • Resilient and proactive – when campaigns underperform, you dig into the data and pivot; you're always looking to beat your own benchmarks
  • Independent and decisive – you trust your analysis, make quick decisions, and prefer autonomy over hand-holding
  • Confident communicator – you build rapport easily, stand your ground when needed, and aren't afraid of difficult conversations
  • Performance-driven – results motivate you, and you want to be measured by the impact you create
  • Growth-obsessed – you're constantly looking for ways to sharpen your skills and drive better outcomes

Your Experience

  • Media buying background in TV, with experience in direct response or performance-driven campaigns preferred
  • Track record of consistently exceeding campaign performance goals and budget efficiency targets
  • Experience managing complex negotiations with media partners and vendors
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining high performance
  • Experience analyzing campaign data and making strategic pivots based on insights
  • Someone who tracks their own metrics, identifies what's working, and adapts strategy accordingly
  • Strong relationship-building skills with both internal clients and external media partners

Compensation

We offer stability plus performance-based growth, so your hard work translates directly into career advancement and financial rewards.

  • First Year On Target Earnings: $140,000+
  • Performance Bonuses – tied to campaign performance and client satisfaction
  • Realistic growth trajectory into senior roles with increased compensation
  • Opportunity to build expertise in a high-growth company with expanding media needs

This is a real opportunity to build your career. Our high performers are advancing quickly, building expertise, and achieving the lifestyle they want because they're willing to show up and do the work.

Benefits & Culture

We work hard, but we also make sure it's worth it. Here's what you get when you join GG Homes:

  • Flexible PTO – we trust you to manage your time and recharge when you need to
  • Full Health Benefits – Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k)
  • Team Incentives & Recognition – trips to Cabo, luxury dinners, cash prizes, and recognition for your wins
  • Team Experiences – sunset yacht dinners, Padres games, escape rooms, deep sea fishing, sushi omakase, and more
  • Beautiful Office Space – newly renovated with catered lunches, cold brew on tap, and premium snacks
  • Homebuyers Program – we'll help you buy your own property
  • Ongoing Training & Development – learn from experienced professionals and continuously sharpen your skills
  • Supportive Team Environment – work with driven people who celebrate each other's wins and push each other to be better

GG Homes is an equal opportunity employer. We hire based on talent, character, and drive.

Salary not disclosed
Los Angeles, CA 2 days ago

Glassman Media is seeking a senior-level producer to oversee a premium short-form cooking + wellness project rooted in mindful, plant-based cuisine and a calm, intentional approach to eating and daily ritual. The series is designed as a channel ecosystem (not a single show) made up of multiple recurring episode formats (4–6 minutes each), blending food, lifestyle, and wellness storytelling.

This role is ideal for a producer with strong creative instincts, an elevated doc sensibility, and the ability to oversee dynamic, cinematic food storytelling — beautiful, tactile cooking sequences, visually rich ingredient moments, and a premium look and feel — while still executing efficiently with lean crews and fast turnarounds.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the project from development through production and delivery
  • Help shape the creative direction and break the series into multiple short-form episode types, including:

  1. Guided “reset” episodes with real people looking to improve everyday habits

  2. Recipe-driven cooking episodes featuring simple, accessible techniques

  3. Mindfulness segments centered on breath, stillness, and conscious eating

  4. Ingredient + sourcing features (seasonal, local, nature-forward storytelling)
  • Oversee the cinematographer on set to ensure the cooking, gardening/ingredient, and meditation segments are shot with a rich, elevated, premium look and feel

  • Lead story development with the talent and families already cast and vetted, shaping emotional + practical arcs across episodes

  • Bring exceptional skill guiding real people through a meaningful on-camera journey — capturing authenticity while keeping scenes focused, elevated, and story-driven

  • Run production logistics, including schedules, crew planning, field coordination, and on-set leadership

  • Manage post workflow with strong editorial notes to ensure pacing, tone, and consistency across formats

  • Work in-office 5 days a week when not filming to support development, planning, and post-production collaboration

  • Bring strong taste level and editorial instincts (premium doc/food sensibility a major plus)

Executive Assistant to a Series Founder | Austin | $150-$180,000
✦ New
Salary not disclosed
Austin, TX 12 hours ago

The short version

One of Austin's most connected founders is building something serious.

He operates across multiple ventures. All of them are insane.

His network is extraordinary. His pace is relentless. And he needs an EA who can keep up.

This role has Chief of Staff written all over it.

The longer version

Let's be honest about what this job actually is.

You are not joining a corporate machine. There is no committee to escalate decisions to. There is no nine-to-five rhythm. You are the operational nerve centre for a founder who moves fast, thinks big, and has a calendar full of people who matter.

Think venture partners, policy leaders, authors, media executives, and the kind of entrepreneurs who are shaping what comes next. The access you will have through this role is the kind that most EAs spend a career trying to earn.

But access comes with expectation.

He needs someone who can orchestrate complex schedules across multiple organisations without dropping the ball. Someone who prepares briefings that actually change how a meeting goes. Someone who writes on his behalf and sounds like him, not like a robot. Someone who manages relationships with the discretion and warmth of a trusted gatekeeper, not a bouncer.

This is not a role for someone who waits to be told what to do. It's a role for someone who figures it out.

The world you're walking into

Your principal is building at the centre of one of the most fascinating Cities in America, creating opportunities, building very real things with very real people.

The people in his orbit would make you sit up. And you'll be the one managing the access.

What you'll actually be doing

Complex diary and travel management across multiple ventures and time zones.

Drafting correspondence, briefing documents, and communications on behalf of your principal.

Managing relationships with investors, partners, and senior stakeholders.

Owning the logistics of events, from intimate dinners to large-scale gatherings.

Filtering, prioritising, and ensuring nothing important slips.

Being the eyes and ears when your principal cannot be in the room.

And yes, the other stuff. Because great EAs don't think anything is beneath them.

Who you are

You've supported a founder, CEO, or senior executive before, and you're not precious about it. You understand that serving someone at this level is a craft, not a compromise.

You're calm under pressure. Fast without being sloppy. You write well. You read the room. You protect your principal's time like it's your own.

You're probably the smartest person in most rooms but would never say so.

You understand that elite EA work is fundamentally about judgment. When to ask. When to act. When to push back.

Why this role is different

The EA who thrives here won't just manage a calendar. They'll become indispensable to how this founder operates. They'll see how deals get done, how communities get built, how influence actually works.

This is a launchpad. Chief of Staff potential for the right person.

Location

Austin, Texas. On-site, five days a week. This is a physical operation, and being present is the point.

Director of Finance And Operations
Salary not disclosed
San Francisco, CA 6 days ago

About Aware Health

We are a forward-thinking health tech start-up dedicated to transforming delivery of healthcare, starting with musculoskeletal conditions (MSK). Fifty percent of the workforce shows up to work in pain due to an MSK condition ranging from acute pain, like muscle strains, to more chronic pain. People with MSK conditions are often misdiagnosed and are treated passively with opioids, injections or surgery. Often, these expensive and risky treatment methods can be avoided altogether with more modern approaches to preventing, diagnosing and treating MSK pain. Our platform gets people the right amount of help, ensures the patient feels cared for, and avoids inappropriate and unnecessary tests, drugs and surgeries. Further, we are aiming to not only identify and treat the root causes of MSK pain but also the root causes of chronic disease.

The Director of Operations plays a vital role in our mission to empower individuals to reach their goals through compassionate care, accurate diagnostics and precision treatment.

We’ve moved through stage 1 of our journey with best in class gross margins, customer retention and revenue growth and we’re looking for a motivated individual to help us scale the company to tens of millions in revenue and serving hundreds of thousands of patients in an efficient and tech forward way while maintaining strong margins and KPIs.

This position will help set a culture of achievement by facilitating a spirit of collaboration to execute at a high level, and improving efficiencies to be able to scale commensurate with its growth.

  • Conduct monthly reviews of company financials.
  • Build and own forecasting and budget models for in-depth analyses as well as ensuring their quality, timeliness, and accuracy.

Lead company operations

Operations Director reports to CEO and would oversee finance and administration with dotted lines to all other leads. Automating company processes to assist collaborative efforts to meet company objectives, including:

  • Optimizing company operations from a bottom line perspective
  • Maintaining high gross margins and improve upon them through a) clinician to paid member ratio, b) customer success to paid member or account ratio, and c) overall gross margin.
  • Help company minimize number of onsites to get engagement through other scalable ways (watch list and pre-cert reachout, etc.)
  • Investors & Fundraising: Help CEO with existing institutional investors, broader investor network, and securing additional funding

  • Liason between CEO and accountant for investor updates

  • Cultural support: Along with CEO, co-develop a team culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement with an ownership mindset
  • Reliability: Models a work-ethic and level of commitment that motivates others to rise to their highest potential

As the Maison continues to expand its presence across key luxury markets, Abel Richard remains focused on elevating customer experience, brand storytelling, and modern luxury across every touchpoint.

Position Summary

The Operations & Project Manager improves how Abel Richard runs day to day and delivers cross-functional projects that move the business forward. This role builds scalable processes, strengthens operational controls, and drives execution across teams. You’ll partner closely with Logistics, Training, and external vendors to optimize workflows and reporting using NetSuite (ERP) and Lightspeed X-Series (POS), ensuring clean data, consistent operating standards, and reliable visibility into performance.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Operational Execution and Continuous Improvement

  • Own and improve core operating processes across the company (workflow design, SOPs, documentation, and rollouts).
  • Identify operational gaps and inefficiencies; recommend solutions and lead implementation with measurable outcomes.
  • Establish operating rhythms that keep work moving (issue tracking, decision logs, stakeholder updates, and follow-ups).
  • Build and maintain simple dashboards and reporting to monitor operational performance and support leadership decisions.

Project Management

  • Lead cross-functional projects end-to-end: scope, requirements, timeline, budget (when applicable), execution, and closeout.
  • Develop project plans, workback schedules, meeting notes, and status reports that clearly show progress, risks, and next steps.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings that drive decisions, accountability, and follow-through.
  • Proactively identify blockers and dependencies; escalate early with clear options and recommendations.
  • Manage multiple initiatives at once while maintaining strong attention to detail and deadlines.

Systems Enablement: NetSuite and Lightspeed X-Series

  • Support and improve operational workflows across NetSuite and Lightspeed X-Series, partnering with functional owners and vendors as needed.
  • Coordinate system changes that impact operations: requirements gathering, testing/UAT, training support, rollout planning, and post-launch cleanup.
  • Document and maintain standards for key workflows (examples: item/SKU setup, pricing, purchasing/receiving, transfers, returns/exchanges, and reporting definitions).
  • Support data accuracy and governance by partnering with Retail and Finance on process adherence and root-cause fixes.
  • Improve reporting consistency and “single source of truth” metrics across POS and ERP data.

Vendor Coordination and Operational Support

  • Manage and monitor operations-related vendors (service providers, systems partners, and operational suppliers), including performance tracking and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate purchasing and vendor workflows with Finance (invoice matching support, documentation, approvals, and renewal tracking).
  • Maintain operational readiness for peak periods, launches, and company-wide changes.

Internal Controls, Compliance Support, and Documentation

  • Maintain operational documentation with strong version control (SOPs, forms, checklists, training guides).
  • Support internal controls through consistent processes and audit-ready records (examples: access controls, vendor documentation, invoice controls, and incident documentation).
  • Coordinate training and communication for new processes and changes to ensure adoption and consistent execution.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Partner with Retail Leadership to ensure corporate initiatives are practical, adopted, and supported with clear documentation and training.
  • Partner with Finance on reporting needs, purchasing controls, and operational metrics.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in operations, business, project management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–6+ years of experience in operations and/or project management with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to drive projects to completion with clear communication, timelines, and accountability.
  • Strong documentation skills (SOPs, process flows, training guides, and internal communications).
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and comfort working with operational data and reporting.
  • Retail, luxury, hospitality, or multi-site operations experience.

Preferred Qualifications (Luxury-Retail Leaning)

  • Experience in luxury, premium, or high-touch retail (or similarly detail-driven environments like fine jewelry, premium fashion, beauty, or hospitality) supporting multi-department operations.
  • Experience supporting or improving workflows in NetSuite and/or Lightspeed X-Series (ERP/POS), ideally in a retail environment with high SKU integrity and frequent item/pricing updates.
  • Strong understanding of retail inventory controls and data governance: item/SKU attributes (style, color, material), pricing rules, tax mapping, role-based permissions, and audit trails.
  • Familiarity with operational standards tied to premium customer experience: returns/exchanges controls, fulfillment/shipping standards, appointment or clienteling support processes, and exception handling.
  • PMP, CAPM, or similar certification (nice to have, not required).

Skills and Competencies (Luxury Standards + Execution)

  • High attention to detail and quality; notices what’s “off” and fixes it before it becomes a customer issue.
  • Strong organization and follow-through; closes loops, protects deadlines, and keeps stakeholders accountable.
  • Clear communicator who can coordinate across Retail, Finance, and vendors without confusion or dropped handoffs.
  • Strong operational judgment and discretion with sensitive business information and high-value product processes.
  • Process-minded problem solver who builds scalable workflows (not one-off workarounds).
  • Calm under pressure during launches, peak periods, and system/process changes.

Physical and Working Conditions

  • Primarily office-based with periodic travel to boutique locations as needed.
  • Occasional evenings/weekends during launches, operational cutovers, inventory events, or urgent business needs.
  • May periodically work on-site in boutique back-of-house settings (shipping/receiving areas, stockrooms) to support operational rollouts and troubleshooting.

Performance Expectations (Luxury Retail Outcomes)

  • Projects delivered on time with clear ownership, measurable outcomes, and minimal rework.
  • Stronger operational consistency across locations through SOPs and rollouts that teams actually adopt.
  • Improved inventory accuracy and exception reduction (fewer missing/incorrect SKUs, cleaner transfers/receiving, fewer reconciliation issues).
  • Increased reliability of reporting across NetSuite and Lightspeed X-Series, with clear definitions and fewer “numbers don’t match” moments.
  • Faster resolution of operational issues impacting boutique readiness and customer experience (returns, transfers, item setup, pricing, and fulfillment errors).
  • Leadership has clear visibility into priorities, risks, and operational performance through concise, consistent updates.
