Essential Responsibilities:

  • Health & Safety: Follow all safety procedures while working in production and storeroom environments, including PPE requirements, housekeeping/5S expectations, and any site-specific safety rules.
  • Critical Spares List Development: Consolidate OEM manuals/BOMs, equipment documentation, and existing records to draft a critical spares list (part numbers, descriptions, equipment association, recommended min/max, and rationale based on usage/criticality/lead time).
  • Inventory Organization & Data Cleanup: Physically inventory parts on hand; label, organize, and improve location accuracy as needed; reconcile counts and bin/area locations into the inventory tracker.
  • Vendor/Supplier Outreach & Quoting: Contact vendors/suppliers to obtain quotes for recommended spares (lead time, MOQ, pricing). Compile a quote/pricing summary and total projected spend to build/stock the critical spares program.
  • CMMS (MaintainX) Parts Catalog Build: Input parts into MaintainX (parts catalog, locations/bins where applicable, equipment association, and required data fields). Ensure data is consistent and auditable (naming conventions, units, manufacturer, supplier, etc.).
  • Stocking Parameters & Reorder Settings: Set MaintainX stocking parameters such as min/max levels, reorder points, and reorder quantities, based on usage, criticality, and vendor lead times; coordinate changes with Maintenance leadership.
  • Reporting & Deliverables: Provide weekly progress updates (completed items, blockers, next steps). Deliver a final package including the critical spares list, cleaned inventory file, quote/pricing summary, and MaintainX data-entry/configuration completion status.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Coordinate with technicians, maintenance leadership, engineering, and purchasing to validate part selections, confirm equipment associations, and align on ordering priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program (Engineering, Industrial Technology, Supply Chain, Operations, Business Analytics, or related field).
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with technical documentation (OEM manuals, BOMs, parts lists).
  • Intermediate Excel skills (filters, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data cleanup) and ability to manage structured trackers.

- Supervises clinical and patient care coordinators and a multi-disciplinary team of RN’s, LPN’s, Therapists, Social Workers, and CNA’s ensuring the daily delivery of quality patient care.
- Responsible for monitoring and managing quality assurance data and performance improvement activities to assure compliance with all State, Federal and accreditation guidelines.
- Selects, orients, and assigns work for direct reports. Participates in the development of performance standards and elements of the Performance Management process. Makes recommendations for staff recognition, promotions, disciplinary actions, and terminations.

- Responsible to oversee and ensure customer satisfaction on a daily basis. Identifies issues, resolves, and tracks problems and complaints to ensure a timely resolution.
- Participates in all State and CHAP surveys for accreditation and/or recertification.
- Performs on-site/field visits for staff education and the supervision of new hires and existing clinicians for observation of clinical performance and training.
- Assists in annual training and skills lab to ensure clinical staff are competent and complete timely.
- Coordinates quality improvement activities and staff education for new and existing clinicians/team members.
- Participates in clinical administrative on-call rotation according to needs of the agency and assists with creating, updating, and tracking schedule.
- Knowledgeable of all policy, procedures, and reimbursement guidelines. Provides staff education regarding safety, infection control and overall compliance per OSHA, AHCA and CHAP regulations.
- Assists DON/DCS in the maintenance of agency policy manuals and reference materials for staff.
- Maintains rapport and cooperative working relationship with patients, families, co-workers, business development team, physicians, and external referral sources/vendors.
- Represents the Agency in a professional manner and serves as a positive role model to foster the integration of home health care into the community. Participates and works closely with community affairs and events to increase awareness and referral base.
- Participates in development of specialty programs, staff in-services and continuing education programs to ensure clinical competency.
