Location: Sunnyvale, TX 75182

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Pay: $15.00+ per hour (DOE)

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced candidates with a background in lumber, truss manufacturing, or wood production environments to join our production team in Sunnyvale, TX. These positions support the manufacturing and coordination of roof and floor trusses used in construction projects. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting and handling lumber materials safely and efficiently.

Available Positions

Material Coordinator

Responsible for organizing and staging lumber and materials needed for production. Ensures materials are prepared, labeled, and delivered to the appropriate workstations.

Crew Leader

Oversees a team of production workers, assigns tasks, ensures productivity goals are met, and maintains quality and safety standards throughout the shift.

Roof Truss Builder

Assembles roof trusses according to blueprints and production specifications using lumber and specialized equipment.

Floor Material Coordinator

Coordinates and stages lumber and materials specifically for floor truss production to ensure smooth workflow on the production floor.

Floor Crew Leader

Supervises floor truss production teams, ensures accurate builds, and maintains production efficiency and safety.

Floor Truss Builder

Constructs floor trusses using lumber components, tools, and production equipment while following design specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and move lumber and wood materials safely throughout the production area
• Assemble roof and floor trusses according to specifications and blueprints
• Operate basic production tools and equipment used in lumber manufacturing
• Maintain organized work areas and follow production schedules
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient workflow
• Support team production goals and quality standards

Requirements

• Previous experience working with lumber or in a wood/truss manufacturing environment is required
• Experience in construction, carpentry, or truss assembly preferred
• Ability to read basic measurements and blueprints (for builder positions)
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a production environment
• Comfortable working with hand tools, saws, and production equipment
• Ability to work 2nd shift (4 PM – 12 AM), Monday through Friday
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in truss manufacturing or lumber production facilities
• Leadership experience for Crew Leader positions
• Familiarity with construction materials and building components
