Provides primary health care and performs selective medical services under the direction of clinic physicians. Responsible for diagnostic and therapeutic management of patients by completing medical histories, conducting physicals, establishing diagnosis through tests, and formulating treatment plans. Provides follow-up and health maintenance care of patients in accordance with protocols approved by a physician.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Successful Completion of an educational program for physician assistants or surgeon assistants accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs, or by that committee’s predecessor or successor entities is required.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants is recommended. Must be currently licensed as a Physician Assistant in the State of Texas. Must maintain current AHA BLS or higher in accordance with Medical-Dental Staff and UMA bylaws. Providers practicing in acute care environment must obtain AHA ACLS certification or advanced specialty equivalent as defined by the UMA Credentials Committee within 90 days of hire. Prescriptive authority is required. Valid DEA number must be obtained within 90-days of hire.

For over 30 years, New Season Treatment Centers have been a leading national health care service provider of outpatient treatment centers that specialize in providing safe, quality and best in class care for individuals living with Opioid Use Disorder ("OUD").
Operating in over 70 treatment centers in multiple states, our team members are engaged in medication-assisted treatment, counseling, support, and care management of individuals living with OUD. We treat the whole person and, in so doing, address the underlying causes of OUD in an effort to provide a continuum of care that not only addresses treatment needs but supports the patient on their journey to recovery.
Job Summary:
Oversee the daily duties of clinicians to ensure compliance with local, state, and Federal Regulations, as well as CMG, LP policy and procedures. Work collaboratively with leadership to promote the development of counseling skills and quality of care for patients.
Essential Functions:
* Ensure compliance with all Local, State, Federal, and Colonial Management Group, LP rules, and regulations and to do so within the allocated budget for the clinic
* Keep Colonial Management Group, LP informed, through the Program Director or Regional Director, of any significant treatment events which occur in their respective area and make prudent recommendations to address the same.
* Provide or assist with quarterly quality assurance program reviews.
* Assist in achieving and maintaining three-year accreditation status through recognized accrediting bodies.
* Provide reports as requested.
* Provide clinical supervision to clinical staff as required.
* Reviews, signs, and dates all appropriate documentation required.
* Documents patient progress through counseling and interaction through groups.
* Reports patient abuse, neglect, and exploitation as required.
* Assists in monitoring all patient activities on center premises.
* Actively participates in community relations activities as directed and authorized.
* Ensures the reading and understanding of the Policy and Procedures Manual.
* Ensures compliance with 42 CFR Part 2 (Federal Confidentiality Regulations) and 45 CFR, Parts 160 & 164 (HIPAA)
* Is responsible for obtaining or maintaining proper licensure and/or certification according to specific state requirements.
* Actively participates in preparation for surveys and inspections conducted by CARF, the State, DEA, Board of Pharmacy, and any other agency site visits as dictated by the state laws or regulations.
* Participates in all staff meetings
* Ensures compliance with local, State, Federal, and Colonial Management Group, LP rules, regulations and policies.
* Always acts in the best interests of the program and company; honors, supports, and protects the propriety data and rights of the company.
* Performs other tasks as assigned.

The overnight lodge coordinator will work both as a front desk agent and will support overnight needs throughout the hotel. This position will supervise overnight tasks such as; night audit, room calls, security concerns, housekeeping needs including; laundry, stocking housekeeping closets, maintaining common areas, greeting and registering guests into and out of the hotel in a courteous and professional manner. Will provide information and assistance to all resort guests.
Responsibilities:What You Will Be Doing
- Maintain an environment of professionalism
- To adhere to house rules, departmental policies, and safety standards
- Communicate clearly with guests and management
- Respond to or channel any guest requests/complaints to the department or proper manager
- Use problem-solving skills to professionally handle any guest issue, question, or concern
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- To adhere to PCI compliance procedures
- Operate the Front Desk system to make reservations, post payment and revenue transactions, perform assigned system functions, and check guests in and out
- Proper distribution of guest keys and staff keys
- Completes daily duties as outlined on Night Audit Checklist
- Answer telephone calls from internal and external guests/customers as well as inter-departmental calls.
- Compliance with communication protocols for telephone and email
- Clean guest suites thoroughly and timely to maintain the hotel's standards
- Keeping carts and closets stocked, clean and free of trash
- Ensure that all room linen is cleaned and folded
- Maintaining chemical closets clean and stocked
- Protect employees, guests, and company property
- Enforce resort policies and procedures
- Perform security guard role in the absence of an assigned guard; provide assistance to other security guards as necessary
- Patrol and inspect assigned areas of the resort
- Keep unauthorized personnel out of restricted areas
- Rapidly respond to active alarms, medical calls, and other emergency situations
- Monitor all areas for safety hazards, including fire, theft, and vandalism
- Write detailed reports of damage, maintain incident logs, and complete security records using computer-aided records management system
- Work alongside law enforcement and other emergency service providers.

Qualifications:What You Will Need
- Must be at least 18 years old
- For safety purposes, the individual must be able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language
- Computer experience including; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Opera software preferred
- Prior guest services experience required
- Should have an enthusiastic and service-oriented attitude
- Must be able to perform tasks safely and adhere to company policy
- Possess or have the ability to obtain, and maintain, a New York State Security Guard License
- Successfully complete background pre-screening
- Ability to share all possible hotel and waterpark knowledge as trained
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Possess organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and other shifts as necessary
- Must be available to work overnight shift (11pm – 7am)
- Must be able to work independently acting with integrity.
- Physical qualifications to stand and walk for extended periods of time; ability to stoop, bend, and reach throughout your shift. Able to carry, and balance heavy loads up to 50lbs
