Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor premiums, costs and claims ratios per contract and take corrective measures if necessary to ensure long term profitability at account level.

Role Responsibilities

1. Partner with Stakeholders to Define Routine Learning Needs

Act as the operational hub in a matrixed global environment, aligning enterprise, regional, and local

expectations.

2. Set Up and Process Compliance Learning Assignments

Create learning assignments using established rules and audience groups, validate assignment

accuracy, and monitor processing for global learner populations.

3. Support Multi-Language Content Management

Upload translated course files, establish content equivalencies, and ensure learners receive

appropriate regional language options (currently English, Spanish, French, French Canadian, Swedish,

and Dutch).

4. Upload and Refresh Workday-Hosted Content

Download, upload, and test new or updated learning packages from third-party vendors. Maintain

version control and ensure proper retirement of outdated content.

5. Upload and Refresh External Vendor Content (API-Delivered)

Review and maintain API-integrated content, collaborate with HRIS / ST teams to resolve integration

issues, evaluate newly released content with stakeholders, and maintain global equivalencies.

6. Run Standard Reports and Track Compliance Completion Rates

In collaboration with current support team, ensure stakeholders have timely access to accurate

compliance reporting and completion metrics.

7. Monitor Assignment Processing and Resolve Errors

Review batch statuses, troubleshoot assignment failures, update impacted worker records, and

re-trigger learning where appropriate.

8. Manage Audience Creation, Engagement Assignments, and Recurring Compliance Cycles

Define and validate audiences based on Workday attributes (e.g., job family group, job level,

country). Build learning programs and recurring assignments and support annual/ongoing

compliance cycles.

9. Support Communications and Deployment Logistics

Prepare learner notifications using approved templates, support translation distribution, and

coordinate updates for new or refreshed compliance courses in partnership with SMEs and Internal

Communications.

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience working within a Learning Management System (LMS) environment.

* Familiarity with Workday Learning preferred but not required.

* Experience with Percipio, including content upload or API-based integrations, is a plus.

* Strong reporting and data management capabilities, with the ability to interpret, validate,

and present learning data accurately.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data cleansing,

conditional formulas).

* Comfort navigating digital workflows, technical configurations, and large datasets within

enterprise learning platforms.

The Opportunity:

Avantor is looking for a DEIB Coordinator to play a key role in supporting Avantor's global Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging strategy by providing operational, administrative, and analytical support to the DEIB team.

  • Keep track of participant lists and progress dashboards.

4. Data, Metrics, Maintenance & Reporting
