This position is responsible for providing logistics assistance to Rite-Hite, Arbon, Independent Distributors and customers to ensure the highest quality and most cost-effective transportation services are delivered. This position supports the Corporate Logistics team in daily operations including freight quoting, freight billing, and other logistics-related functions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Perform daily audit of freight charges on all inbound and outbound freight bills from all Rite-Hite shipping locations. This will include calculating and assigning a pro-rated share of gross charges where applicable
- Accurate and timely entry of job specific freight charges into Freight Pro-Rate in our ERP system
- Reconcile discrepancies with carriers and/or internal customers as required.
- Work through the Client Resolution Queue in the freight bill pay and audit portal
- Maintain integrity of related data, including administrative duties to support department effectiveness
- Provide accurate and timely freight quotations as requested through Salesforce
- Assist with various logistics functions such as tracking, tracing, and expediting as well as providing supporting documentation on request
- Other duties may be assigned
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provide timely and accurate freight quotations to Arbon and Rite-Hite independent representatives
- Manage and maintain the integrity of the Freight Pro-Rate process with the focus on a zero balance at each month end.
- Perform daily audit of freight bills; both inbound and outbound, covering the previous days shipping and receiving activity at all Rite-Hite and vendor/partner facilities.
- Ensure timely and accurate Pro-Rate data entry to meet post shipment invoicing demands.
- Reconcile cost discrepancies with carriers and/or internal departments as appropriate. Perform audit related activities through freight bill pay and audit software daily.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Certificate from an accredited institution OR 2 years Logistics/Transportation experience.
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Experience with JD Edwards Enterprise One or similar ERP systems preferred
- Experience operating in MyTranzAct or other freight bill pay and audit systems preferred
Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) preferred

Director of Reverse Logistics
The Director of Reverse Logistics is responsible for the strategic oversight and operational execution of the company’s reverse supply chain ecosystem including product returns, refurbishment, recycling, and warranty fulfillment. This leader will be a visionary with a track record of enhancing customer experience, optimizing operations, and driving process improvements.
Success in this role requires exceptional leadership, strong communicator who navigate operational challenges – particularly in environments with tenured employees, and cross-functional collaboration expertise to align various departments toward a common goal. Key Responsibilities:

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication
- Serve as the key liaison between operations, customer service, and IS to enhance returns and RTV processes.
- Conduct regular cross-functional meetings to track vendor performance, troubleshoot inefficiencies, and improve coordination.

Under the guidance of the QSHE Supervisor, the Contract Logistics Quality Inspector Team Lead oversees inspection activities to ensure they align with the company's service, quality, and cost objectives. The Quality Inspector Lead is responsible for ensuring Inspectors receive proper training and evaluations according to relevant standard procedures. This role includes managing the scheduling of an adequate number of Inspectors, including coverage for weekend shifts. The Quality Inspector Lead guarantees timely reporting of inspection findings and serves as the primary liaison between Inspectors and leadership. Qualifications:
- Valid Class A CDL required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence

POSITION PURPOSE
A Patient Logistics RN serves as the central coordinator for complex patient transitions across the healthcare continuum, expertly managing inter-facility transfers while balancing clinical priorities, bed capacity constraints, and transportation logistics. This role serves as the first point of contact for referring hospitals, healthcare facilities, and community-based physicians/providers to coordinate emergent transfers and acute admissions to MercyOne Health Ministries. The specialized role requires exceptional clinical judgment to assess patient acuity, determine appropriate levels of care, and anticipate potential complications during transport. The Patient Logistics RN functions as a critical communication hub between referring physicians, accepting facilities, transport teams, and family members, ensuring that comprehensive clinical information is accurately conveyed to maintain continuity of care. Through meticulous attention to regulatory compliance, resource optimization, and patient advocacy, these professionals significantly impact patient outcomes, facility throughput, and healthcare system efficiency.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Facilitate and coordinate patient transfers between healthcare facilities, departments, or units
2. Work in a fast-paced, ever changing working environment.
3. Conduct clinical assessments of transfer requests to determine appropriate level of care needed
4. Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and staff at both sending and receiving facilities
5. Manages multi-phone call activity to minimize any delays experienced by customers
6. Document all transfer information accurately in electronic health records and transfer systems
7. Coordinate transportation arrangements including ground and air ambulances when necessary
8. Monitor bed availability and collaborate with bed management teams
9. Serve as a clinical resource for transfer-related questions and concerns
10. Participate in quality improvement initiatives related to transfer processes 11. Demonstrates knowledge of the use of emergency notification system (PULSARA) and takes initiative to activate system for emergency transfer of patients with STEMI, stroke, trauma, ECMO.
12. Takes the initiative to anticipate problems, uses creative thinking and generates reports as requested.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1. Current Registered Nurse license or equivalent licensure (i.e. Physician’s Assistant)
2. Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience
3. Critical care, emergency, or medical-surgical experience preferred
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 5. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities 6
. Experience with electronic health records and transfer management systems 7. Basic knowledge Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google 8. Strong written and oral communication skills
9. Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to patient transfers 10. Knowledge of eligibility requirements for insurance coverage with respect to healthcare services: ambulatory, observation stays, surgical, acute care, subacute and continuum of care services.
11. High function computer technical skills required.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Dispatcher to coordinate daily transportation and logistics operations. This role will serve as a key point of contact between drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery and pickup of freight. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can adapt quickly to changing priorities, and demonstrates strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and dispatch drivers for freight deliveries, pickups, and shipments to meet operational timelines.
• Communicate with customers and vendors regarding delivery details, scheduling, and special requests.
• Plan and adjust delivery routes to ensure efficiency and on-time performance.
• Monitor traffic conditions and proactively resolve routing or delivery issues.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activity, including driver routes, delivery times, and route changes.
• Prepare and manage dispatch documentation for internal teams, customers, and vendors.
• Track truck maintenance schedules and coordinate as needed.
• Respond to incoming calls and provide support to drivers, customers, and internal staff.
• Log and address vendor or customer concerns to ensure service excellence.
• Perform additional administrative and operational duties as needed.
Qualifications:
• 2–3 years of dispatching experience in a freight, logistics, or transportation environment.
• Strong time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to quickly adapt routes and schedules based on changing conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of computer systems and dispatch/logistics software.
• Understanding of local and state traffic laws and regulations.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• High school diploma or GED required.
