What you'll do as a Senior Manager Sterile Processing:

Lead and inspire a high-performing leadership team to deliver exceptional day-to-day service that meets customer needs, contractual obligations, and business goals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels, including executive leadership, ensuring satisfaction through regular KPI reviews, pulse checks, and bi-annual business reviews.

The Experience, Skills, and Abilities Needed:

High School Diploma

10 years of experience in Sterile Processing and 5 years of Sterile Processing leadership

CRCST or CBSPD Certification. If not certified at point of hire, certification must be obtained within 12 months of hire.

Must be able to be compliant with hospital/customer credentialing requirements.

Pay range for this opportunity is $113,900.00 - $147,400.00. This position is eligible for bonus participation.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. A leading financial services organization in the greater Chicago area is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to serve as a strategic legal advisor and business partner supporting commercial finance operations. This role focuses on high‑impact transactional, regulatory, and compliance matters within a fast‑paced, business‑driven environment.

Position Overview

As Senior Legal Counsel, you will lead legal support for U.S.-based commercial finance activities, including:

• Originating and supporting equipment loans, leases, and other complex commercial financing transactions
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial and finance agreements
• Monitoring U.S. federal and state regulatory developments—including data privacy—and ensuring compliance integration
