The Junior Account Manager supports the Business Development Representative responsible for the Airborne Market Sector. This is an entry-level, account management-focused role designed to offload high-volume customer interaction tasks from the BD Representative, enabling him to concentrate on strategic business development, opportunity pursuit, and long-range pipeline growth.
The right candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day customer requests across the airborne portfolio, fielding inquiries, managing order status communications, facilitating technical support, processing administrative agreements, and supporting tradeshow and travel logistics, while ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the quality and professionalism that Viewpoint Systems is known for.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Management
- Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned airborne sector customer accounts
- Receive, triage, and respond to incoming customer requests

- Maintain accurate records of repair activity within the CRM system
Contract & Administrative Document Processing
- Process and execute Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) in coordination with appropriate internal stakeholders
- Manage bailment agreement paperwork, ensuring accurate documentation, proper routing for signatures, and compliant record retention
- Complete and submit customer-required vendor forms, compliance certifications, supplier questionnaires, and other administrative documentation on behalf of Viewpoint Systems
- Maintain organized records of all executed agreements and customer-required documents
Tradeshow Support
- Research and complete company registration requirements for relevant defense industry tradeshows and conferences
- Coordinate equipment logistics for tradeshow participation, including shipping, tracking, and confirmation of receipt for display products and demonstration units
- Assist the BD Representative in preparing materials and coordinating pre-show activities
- Support on-site tradeshow execution as needed, consistent with travel requirements of the role
BD Representative Administrative Support
- Book travel for the BD Representative, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation in accordance with company travel policy
- Prepare and submit travel expense reports for the BD Representative, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing
- Assist with the compilation and formatting of the weekly Business Development status report, aggregating CRM data, activity summaries, and pipeline updates
CRM & Pipeline Hygiene
- Maintain accurate and current records in the company CRM for all customer interactions, open requests, and account activity
- Assist the BD Representative in keeping opportunity records, contact data, and account histories up to date
- Generate routine account activity reports and status summaries as needed
Customer Relationship Support
- Build and maintain professional working relationships with customer procurement, logistics, and technical personnel at assigned accounts
- Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively communicate any concerns or emerging issues to the BD Representative
- Support the BD Representative in preparing for customer meetings, reviews, and briefings

VP, PORTFOLIO MANAGER, REAL ESTATE DEBT
The VP, Portfolio Manager, Real Estate Debt will play a critical role in assisting the Senior Portfolio Manager (“SPM”) in management of all aspects of the principal debt funds. This includes working with the SPM to analyze prospective new loans, products, and markets as well as plan for strategic positioning of the portfolio. This senior position will collaborate with the other members of the real estate debt team, including production, accounting and transactions, to ensure the SPM’s portfolio and investment objectives are achieved.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Servicing and Workouts
- Identify and review impaired loans and lead in the negotiations for necessary restructuring with the approval and oversight of the SPM.
- Coordinate the foreclosure and deed in lieu process with the Borrower, legal counsel and internal departments.
- Manage the internal approval and documentation process for any debt restructurings
- Supervise servicing of all loans in the two principal funds, and any debt separate accounts.
- Administer all construction and land loans by approving draws, change orders, CC&Rs, easements, and partial release requests.
- With the SPM, assist accounting and compliance to resolve all audit requests and action items.
Fund Management
- Join Client Services and SPM in client & consultant calls.
- Assist SPM in maintaining the 12-month cash flow projections to track cash available for new investments.
- Assist with training and supervision of analysts and loan production staff.
Loan Production
- Provide input to the SPM on new potential loan transactions related to underwriting, structure and pricing.
- Assist the SPM in managing the underwriting and credit memo process for recommending new lending proposals to credit committee.
Loan Closing
- Assist the SPM in managing the legal aspects of a loan closing by negotiating the loan documents, signing documents for the funds, and determining needed post-close conditions. Work closely with the transactions team and accounting.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field. MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate, investment banking, private equity, or asset management.
- Expertise in loan workouts and debt restructuring.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, loan sizing, and Excel.
- Experience with all major property types and markets.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to present complex information clearly.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Normal office environment with domestic travel as required for due diligence, property inspections and meetings with investment partners, clients, and borrowers. Extended hours may be required to meet transaction or client deadlines.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The annual salary for this role is expected to be approximately $175,000-$225,000. Additional bonus can be earned and will be determined based on performance. In addition, this role may be eligible for a variety of financial, wellbeing, and health / welfare benefits.

Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Geothermal HVAC Service Technician to join our team, specializing in residential ground and water source heat pump systems. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service while performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on advanced, energy-efficient heating and cooling systems. Strong knowledge with refrigeration and low voltage control wiring is key. If you feel you need more training, we have paid training programs available. Geothermal System are the main equipment we service, along with gas furnaces, boilers and other HVAC equipment.
Key Responsibilities
* System Maintenance: Perform routine preventative maintenance, including inspecting and testing components, monitoring fluid levels, checking for leaks, and cleaning/replacing filters to ensure optimal system performance and extend lifespan.
* Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system malfunctions in geothermal heat pumps and integrated HVAC components (e.g., thermostats, zone controls, hot water heater integrations).
* Installation Support: Assist with the installation, commissioning, flushing, and purging of new residential geothermal systems, including ground loop piping (both vertical and horizontal), ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and local building codes.
* Customer Interaction: Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners, explaining the nature of the issue, proposed solutions, maintenance guidelines, and potential energy-saving benefits of their systems.
* Documentation and Compliance: Accurately document all service calls, maintenance performed, parts used, and customer interactions using company software. Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols and environmental regulations, including EPA guidelines for refrigerant handling.
* Vehicle and Inventory Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked company vehicle and manage inventory to minimize losses and ensure readiness for service calls.
* Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing company-provided training to stay current on the latest geothermal technologies and industry advancements.
Qualifications and Skills
* Experience: A minimum of 3 years of field experience in HVAC, with specific experience or a strong interest in geothermal systems preferred.
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; completion of a vocational/technical school program or an apprenticeship in HVAC/R technology is highly desirable.
* Certifications & Licensing:
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
* EPA Section 608 Certification (Type II or Universal) is required for handling refrigerants
* Technical Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to read and interpret schematics, and wiring diagrams.
* Soft Skills: Excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills.
* Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment up to 50+ lbs.
