Objective: The Worship Pastor helps lead the church-wide worship ministry of Boca Community in a way that is biblically grounded, spiritually healthy, and aligned with the vision of the church. This person will plan and lead worship services, pastor and develop worship and production teams, and help create a culture where worship is about God’s glory, congregational participation, and spiritual formation.
We believe worship is bigger than music and bigger than a Sunday service. Worship is a whole-life response to God. At the same time, this role is specifically responsible for leading and developing our corporate worship ministry.
Service Leadership
- Plan and lead worship services that align with the church’s theology, values, and weekly direction.
- Help lead services in a way that encourages the congregation to participate, not simply observe.
- Work closely with the Senior Pastor in shaping service flow, song selection, and key worship moments.
- Use transitions, Scripture, prayer, and other service elements thoughtfully to help prepare hearts for worship.
- Introduce new songs intentionally, making sure they are theologically sound and a good fit for the church.
- Lead special worship gatherings when needed, including prayer-focused nights, holiday services, and other church-wide moments.
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, schedule, and develop musicians, vocalists, and worship leaders.
- Build a healthy worship ministry culture marked by preparation, humility, unity, and spiritual maturity.
- Pastor and care for worship and production team members through encouragement, prayer, and personal connection.
- Help identify and develop emerging leaders within the ministry.
- Provide leadership and development for younger worship environments, including student ministry, school worship teams, and other next-generation settings, helping create consistency, growth, and a clear pathway for younger leaders.
- Invest relationally in team members beyond rehearsals and services.
Spiritual Leadership
- Lead with a pastoral heart, helping create worship environments that are spiritually healthy and Christ-centered.

Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled assembler to perform a variety of tasks as assigned in conjunction with the assembly of our product. You will ensure all parts fit correctly and are suitable for the final product. This position is responsible for safely performing high-level continuous work to quality standards. Assignments may change based on business demands.
You must have desired technical knowledge and possess great manual dexterity. Ability to interpret instructions represented in manuals, drawings, schematics etc. and follow them with precision.
Responsibilities:
- Performs all mechanical assembly operations of sub-assemblies and package assembly, all sensitive and very detailed assembly operations, some electrical, instrumentation and control elements of the package, and functional test set up including in-process quality checks and tests.?
- Performs disassembly and rebuild of air ends, or sensitive rotating assemblies.
- Reads and interprets engineering drawings, specifications, assembly instructions, bills of material, and quality control documents.?
- Takes responsibility for quality and work content performed in the applicable operation by signing off on the appropriate documentation prior to indexing to the next step in process.

- Develop and use technical documents including controlled work packages, formal work processes and procedures, test documents, reports and task or trip reports.

Minimum Qualifications
**Candidate must be able to demonstrate welding ability on needed processes through qualification testing and pass with a satisfactory grade from our Quality Assurance Team within the first three weeks from start date for continued employment.
- Must have High School education or Trade School or equivalent, and 4 years of related experience. Prefer technical/professional certifications.
- Must be able to obtain medical clearance to wear a half-face respirator.
- Must have welding experience with stick welding (SMAW) process in all positions.

Preferred Requirements
- Welding experience with gas metal arc welding (GMAW) process in all positions from 2G to 6G for Aluminum.
- Candidate with experience/knowledge in gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW) and/or flux cored arc welding (FCAW) processes/positions preferred.
- Candidate with current or prior welding certificates applicable with MIL-STD-248 preferred.
- Combination pipe and structural welders with experience on marine vessels and associated systems preferred.
- Candidates with shipfitting experience are highly desired.
- Candidate with shipboard experience highly desired.
- Candidates who are currently enrolled or have graduated from and/or completed a vocational school or skilled trades certificate program are preferred.
- Current OSHA 10 Maritime Certificate a plus.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift, carry and transport heavy equipment and boxes. The exact weight requirements will be determined by the specific job, but no less than 30 lbs. Able to work on and climb ladders, work in extreme temperature environments, aboard ships, in shipyards, under industrial conditions and in confined spaces. Able to perform other duties as required which may involve high heat, humidity, noise and dirty conditions, working aloft or over the sides of vessels. May ride ships at sea for extended periods. May require wearing a respirator. Travel may be required within and outside of the continental United States.

GENERAL DUTIES

- Skilled in the operation, calibration, troubleshooting and routine maintenance of laboratory equipment and instrumentation in the performance of laboratory testing procedures
- Performs and supervises new employee orientation and training. Provides ongoing training and guidance supporting employees by setting goals and identifying developmental needs; Verifies that staff are trained and deemed competent prior to performing patient testing independently; Coordinates cross-training as needed
- Supervision of specified laboratory section employees to include competency assessment, performance evaluation, and handling of personnel matters as delegated/designated by department manager/director. Takes action to improve performance when personnel do not perform as expected
- Oversees, plans and directs daily lab operations, delegates testing in lab sections and manages workflow while monitoring activities for effectiveness and productivity; Provides timely feedback
- Knowledgeable of clinical laboratory procedures, testing and equipment; provides expertise in the evaluation and interpretation of test results and demonstrates effective problem-solving capabilities; ensures accuracy and timeliness of work, taking appropriate action as required
- Responsible for managing clinical lab procedures to include drafting, reviewing, revising, retiring, and interpreting clinical lab procedures as appropriate
- Performs final review of all quality control/quality management systems ensuring performance specifications are met and maintained; Reviews QC statistics for systematic problems. Ensures test results are not reported until corrective action has been taken and the test is performing according to established specifications
- Schedules employees within specified lab section(s)and staff department in accordance with staffing plan and care/service needs. Reconciles timecards/demonstrates accurate and timely approval of employees' time records
- Serves as a point of contact to medical staff and nursing, regulatory/compliance agencies, HIS/LIS departments, and provides technical consultation as it relates to specific laboratory section
- Collects and monitors data to produce departmental reports and maintains established Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) initiating preventive and/or remedial actions when established thresholds are not met
- Assists/oversees inventory management
- Ensures fiscal responsibility including laboratory billing accuracy
- Assists with implementation of department goals, objectives and related projects including implementation of new equipment, processes, and supplies/reagents; Creates project schedules and effectively implements project plan

- Responsible for managing all aspects of proficiency testing in laboratory section(s) to include: rotating assignments, entering results timely, review and investigation of results completing appropriate corrective action
- Performs any duties within the scope of practice as assigned in routine, unusual or emergency situations.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- Required: 3 years of experience as a medical technologist.
- Required: Bachelor's Degree From accredited college, university or equivalent
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
- Required: Licensed as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist Generalist by the Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners (LSBME).
