Job Description:

This role supports the transportation and logistics team by managing high volumes of documentation, data entry, and shipment tracking. The Logistics Assistant plays a critical role in ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and smooth day-to-day transportation operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with strong potential for long-term advancement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process transportation paperwork immediately upon receipt, including high-volume Monday catch-up
  • Review, scan, copy, and upload pickup and delivery documentation
  • Spend 6–7 hours per day entering, reviewing, and validating transportation data
  • Enter pickup dates, shipment notes, billing details, and routing information across multiple systems
  • Track and trace shipments, providing pickup and delivery status updates
  • Audit and scrub data in real time to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Work extensively in Excel to review, organize, and manage spreadsheet data
  • Manage high volumes of emails to ensure no POs or requests are missed
  • Support vendor coordination and customer service inquiries
  • Communicate occasionally with drivers via phone as needed
  • Maintain accuracy, organization, and composure in a high-stress, high-volume environment


Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of logistics, transportation, scheduling, or tracking/tracing experience
  • Prior professional office experience required (freight brokerage experience a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numerical data all day
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Familiarity with transportation documents such as Bills of Lading (BOLs)
  • Ability to handle repetitive, paperwork-heavy tasks for most of the workday

Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Electrician with a strong installation background to support night‑shift operations at our metal forging manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for an electrician who has spent time in commercial or light industrial construction and is comfortable performing new installations, upgrades, and system expansions, in addition to troubleshooting existing equipment. While the role includes electrical troubleshooting, this is not a maintenance‑only position. Hands‑on installation experience is critical. Machinists in this position participate in the design, fabrication and assembly of various production and research projects. Using a variety of precision machines (e.g., lathes, grinders, EDM, CNC and milling machines) to support aircraft engineering and production groups.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Perform bench work (e.g., drilling, honing, tapping, reaming) on production and experimental parts, as required

The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) - Phantom Works organization is seeking a seasoned Low Observables (LO) Design & Integration Engineer to lead design and analysis activities supporting the fabrication and test of an RCS pole model.

The successful candidate will apply deep expertise in LO materials, integration, manufacturing, computational electromagnetic (CEM) modelling, and test support to design, build and test a representative pole model for an advanced next generation program in the St. Louis region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead detailed LO design and integration for the RCS pole model, including material selection, incorporation of advanced technologies, supplier hardware integration.

  • Use computational electromagnetic solvers to model, analyze, and optimize radar cross section (RCS) and scattering behavior across required frequency bands and aspect angles in support of pre-test predictions and diagnostics.

  • Work with Manufacturing to ensure proper alignment between design, analysis and fabrication of LO components.

  • Define and support fabrication processes, QA checks, and build plans for LO skins, coatings, RAM treatments, and attachments; identify and mitigate manufacturability risks, provide LO liaison support to the shop.

  • Develop and execute test plans for RCS characterization (anechoic chamber and outdoor ranges), including instrumentation, calibration, and measurement repeatability considerations.

  • Produce clear technical documentation: design descriptions, analysis reports, test plans, test reports, procedures, and presentation materials for program reviews.

Must complete all required CEU in order to maintain licensure in a timely manner Experience: New graduates accepted Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications: Current BLS De-Escalation certification within 90 days of employment with annual recertification.
