POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Solution Architect – ServiceNow is a senior-level technology leader responsible for setting the strategic vision and architectural direction for the ServiceNow platform across the organization. This individual will define how to best leverage ServiceNow to deliver business value, improve operational efficiency, and reduce total cost of ownership (TCO).

REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT architecture, design, and development roles.
  • 5+ years of experience architecting and delivering solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Deep expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, App Engine).
  • Proven experience designing scalable, secure, and maintainable platform architectures.

Our client, a global leader in the design and manufacture of consumer and safety products, is seeking a Zscaler Architect / Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead architecture, project delivery, and operational support for enterprise Zscaler initiatives within a fast-paced global environment. This role requires deep expertise across the Zscaler platform and the ability to provide both strategic architecture guidance and hands-on implementation.

The ideal candidate is a senior-level professional who can quickly step in, lead Zscaler deployments and enhancements, and ensure operational excellence across global environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the Zscaler subject matter expert, providing architectural leadership and hands-on implementation support.
  • Design, deploy, and optimize Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) solutions.
  • Lead Zscaler Cloud Connector deployments, Client Connector rollouts, and security posture/policy updates.
  • Provide architecture recommendations and technical decision-making for secure access initiatives.
  • Support project execution across design, deployment, and operational transition phases.
  • Oversee operational support activities, including ticket management, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
  • Participate in Priority 1 incident response and troubleshooting calls when required.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and implementation guides.
  • Collaborate with global teams and coordinate with offshore teams during key deployment or support activities.
Required Qualifications
  • Deep expertise in Zscaler platforms, including:
    • Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA)
    • Zscaler Private Access (ZPA)
  • Strong experience with:
    • Zscaler Cloud Connector deployments
    • Client Connector rollout and policy management
    • Secure access architecture and operational best practices
  • Experience with Zscaler China Premium and/or PSE environments preferred.
  • Proven ability to deliver architecture guidance and drive projects from design through production.
  • Experience supporting enterprise security environments and coordinating with vendor support teams.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and willingness to support critical production incidents.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.

  • Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments

Role Overview

The Corporate Account Executive will be responsible for developing new corporate relationships and introducing businesses to QuickWash as an employee perk and workplace amenity. This role focuses on setting up pilot service days and converting those pilots into long-term corporate contracts.

This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, competitive, and looking to grow into a strong sales and business development career. No prior experience is required for the right candidate.


Compensation
  • $30,000 Base Salary
  • 6% of gross revenue generated from contracts you close
  • 3% recurring commission on revenue after the first 12 months upon renewal
  • Once $2,000,000 ACR (Annual Contract Revenue) is hit, Base Salary Goes to $60,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with office managers, HR teams, and decision-makers
  • Track outreach, pilots, and conversions through the company CRM
  • Work closely with the QuickWash operations team to ensure successful service days


Performance Goals
  • Set up 20 pilot service days per month
  • Convert 10 pilot locations into long-term corporate contracts per month
  • Each corporate contract is estimated to generate approximately $1,000 per month in recurring revenue
