Position Overview:

As a Grocery Replenishment Specialist/Buyer, you will be responsible for maintaining a 95% service level while achieving budgeted inventory levels and delivering optimal cost/sell margins defined as 100% accurate purchase orders. You will also be responsible for optimizing inbound performance, ensuring vendor buying parameters with maximum efficiency and balancing profitable inventory levels and turns.

  • Work closely with stakeholders, design partners, and vendors to define technical requirements, timelines, and budget constraints for equipment procurement.
  • The SSM is to utilize established supplier relationships to negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms and ensure all vendors meet or exceed quality, regulatory, and performance standards.
  • Provide stakeholders with proposed vendor recommendations per equipment package with leveled pricing and scope details that support the proposed vendor recommendations.
  • Create vendor purchase orders, obtain approvals as required from stakeholders, and issue vendor Purchase Orders upon approval from stakeholders. SSM to manage PO Process from creation through execution by all parties.
  • Conduct handoff meetings with Strategic Sourcing Managers after full execution of each vendor Purchase Order to formally handoff job responsibilities from the SSM to the Logistics Project Manager.

Position Overview:



This commercial role will report directly to the Area Sales Director. This position will be primarily responsible for sales results & clinical account management within assigned Organ Procurement Organizations. Sales results include direct account sales as well as driving transplant center demand via consignment and collaboration with territory managers on product pull through. Successful collaboration across the national sales, logistics and clinical teams is critical to success in this role.

Primary responsibilities will include:




  • Achieve a minimum of 100% monthly, quarterly, and annual quota.
  • Maintain and/or increase ASP where applicable, gain market share quarter over quarter and year over year within aligned territory.
  • Serving as the in-person face and primary representative of Paragonix to the OPO.
  • Differentiate Paragonix products & services, from the current standard of care and competitive products. Call points will include but are not limited to OPOs, adult and pediatric transplant surgeons, medical directors, medical transplant physicians, fellows, transplant administration and Csuite.
  • Closely monitor all cases within assigned OPO for quality, customer experience and staff competence. Provide escalation trouble shooting as needed or requested.
  • Develop and leverage relationships with multiple stakeholders across the transplant eco-system, including but not limited to: OPO leadership, AOCs, Preservationists, Perfusionists, buyers and inventory managers. Transplant center Surgeons, especially Kidney Surgeons.
  • Differentiate Paragonix products by discussing clinical data; conducting in-services & training; attending local, regional, and national conferences, and supporting cases on a regular basis.

  • Responsible for guidance and recommendations on the use of the Paragonix App and training customers to enable the safe and effective use of organ preservation equipment on a case-by-case basis to meet their particular circumstances.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to medical teams with case support on usage of organ preservation devices and associated applications on an independent, case-by-case basis in matters of time-critical transplant situations in order to gain incremental business.
  • Collaborates with and provides feedback to Product team, Clinical team, Logistics team and local sales teams as required.
  • Required to maintain supply of field inventory as needed by Paragonix for local OPO back-up.
  • OPO owned and consigned inventory management across all products.
  • Case support coverage for assigned OPOs as designated by customer or management request.
  • In person & remote customer training and education for all Paragonix devices.
  • May be responsible for providing field intelligence reports on competitive activity, changes in markets, distribution, and pricing, as well as input on customer preferences and product features.

  • This role is a remote (US), field based position with expectations of regular in-person sales & clinical support in OPOs and hospitals.

  • Must be willing to be available after-hours and formally on-call related to the nature of conducting clinical support in the transplant space. Primary for clinical escalation coverage at assigned OPOs as needed (including holidays, weekend, evenings).

Center for Autism and Related Disabilities:

The Center for Autism and Related Disabilities (CARD) is the largest of the seven regional autism programs in Florida. Funded through an annual legislative allocation, the center serves over 25,000 residents of central Florida on the autism spectrum across their lifespan through consultative individual and family support, training and technical assistance, and public awareness, with a mission of optimizing the potential of people with autism and related disabilities.

CARD is a clinical service center within the College of Health Professions and Sciences.

The Opportunity:

As a Program Support Assistant, you will join a high-impact team of professionals dedicated to empowering individuals with autism, their families, and their communities. We operate as a collaborative team united by a mission to create the educational materials, communication supports, and digital resources that help people with Autism Spectrum Disorder achieve academic success and personal fulfillment. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys a blend of creative design and administrative precision. While your primary home will be the Center for Autism and Related Disabilities (CARD) office, you will also play a key role in bringing our mission to life through occasional community events in the evenings and on weekends.

This is a grant-funded position through June 30, 2026, with the potential for renewal. It offers a unique vantage point to gain specialized skills in disability support, digital accessibility, and program operations within a mission-driven environment.

Classification Title: Office Support Assistant

Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the design and production of educational materials and social media content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software.


  • Complete data entry and document preparation with a high degree of precision, strictly adhering to HIPAA and FERPA privacy regulations.


  • Follow detailed written task analyses to ensure all materials meet program standards under the direction of the Program Manager or Director.


  • Provide on-site support for community events, assisting with setup, logistics, and client interaction.


  • Utilize PC systems and data processing software to maintain accurate records and project workflows.


Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent and 0+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219(6).

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience in data entry, digital file management, and maintaining website/social media updates.


  • Proven ability in handling phone follow-ups, general office coordination, and supporting the logistics of community events and programs.


  • Familiarity with creating Social Stories, visual supports, and other materials used to support individuals with disabilities.


  • Proven ability in social media content creation, website development, or basic video editing, with specific experience using Microsoft Office, Canva, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and Final Cut or Premiere Pro.

  • Exceptional organizational skills, the ability to multitask in a busy environment, and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.


  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends, to support our community initiatives.

  • The anticipated pay rate for this position is $14.00-$16.29 per hour. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and internal equity considerations.

As a Customer Service Representative, the role will carry out responsibilities such as but not limited to planning, organizing, coordinating and executing activities related to Order Processing and Order Management for assigned Lactalis American Group Customers. Inventory & Forecasting Manager Job Duties & Responsibilities (include travel requirements)

  • Prepare monthly recap for the VP of Sales & Marketing and VP of Operations on production, inventory, and sales history, along with 1-3 month forecast updates for the demand planning worksheet.
  • Manage ongoing demand planning process with the Director of Supply Chain and Director of Business Development to maintain appropriate product mix, service area, color needs, and inventory across plants while understanding capacity constraints for all shingle and manufactured accessories. To include building and maintaining inventory floor plans on accessory items for each plant and reloading facility.
  • Work with the Director of Supply Chain to evolve the Sales-Inventory-Operations Planning (SIOP) process over time to meet the needs of the organization.
  • Work with the Director of Supply Chain on efforts to forecast opportunities and concerns across the operations and supply chain functions.
  • Manage monthly and annual forecasting efforts for finished goods products in conjunction with the Director of Supply Chain
  • Manage existing product inventory and ordering needs based on market demand and be responsive to sales needs and trends in demand.
  • Work will all plant facilities on eliminating discontinued products in a fiscally responsible manner while actively working on making sure that inventories reflected in PS/Qlik are accurate and up to date for all facilities.
  • Work to manage, consolidate, and prioritize shipment of inventory to minimize loss and maximize profits through sales and avoid fines
  • Work with the Director of Procurement on maintaining and communicating margin/cost/price controls for all vendor accessory products through monthly reviews and profitability analysis. Assist sales and business development teams in addressing inventory available for large volume opportunities as well as daily needs.
  • Work with all plant schedulers to train best practices and continuity of practices. To include making sure production schedules are always kept up to date on People Soft.
  • Work with plant schedulers and Director of Procurement to make sure that raw materials are kept at optimal levels at each plant facility.
  • Work with IT to make needed reporting and process updates to aid all plants in being able to see and upload production and inventory.
  • Work with the plant managers and schedulers to achieve uniform processes when PIDS are updated across the division with the goal of uniformity for best practices and visibility.
  • Set and maintain safety stock targets in PeopleSoft.
  • Build inventory floor plans for all accessory items across plants and reload facilities.
  • Proactively eliminate discontinued SKUs and manage reallocation to minimize write-offs.
  • Work closely with plant schedulers to align production plans with master schedules using Shingle Tech.
  • Ensure safety stock levels and report on monthly deviations to plans
  • Collaborate with plants to ensure proper inventory and production planning
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to adjust plans as needed due to changes in demand, equipment downtime, or material delays.
  • Monitor production KPIs (e.g., on-time completion, schedule adherence) and drive improvements.
  • Coordinate with the Purchasing and planning coordinator
  • Provide backup support during vacations and other absences for finished good / raw material issues
  • Other duties as required by the Director of supply chain
  • Collaborate with Director of supply chain on ADHOC projects and forecasting
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Account Executives, and Plant Operations to ensure smooth material flow and on-time delivery.
