TraxNYC is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Jewelry Repair Coordinator to join our team in the heart of Manhattan’s Diamond District. This is an excellent opportunity to work hands-on in the luxury jewelry industry, overseeing the repair and restoration of high-end gold and diamond pieces for clients worldwide — including celebrities, athletes, and collectors.
This is a hands-on, in-person role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment. You’ll play a central role in managing the full lifecycle of jewelry repairs — from intake and evaluation to coordination with bench jewelers and final quality control. Strong organizational skills are essential — you’ll be trusted with high-value merchandise, strict timelines, and direct communication with customers regarding their most meaningful pieces.
You don’t need to be a master bench jeweler — but you do need a strong understanding of jewelry components, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple repair jobs at once while maintaining accuracy.
As a Jewelry Repair Coordinator, you’ll help ensure every repair meets TraxNYC’s quality standards — from simple resizing and polishing to complex stone replacements and restoration work.
- Oversee intake and documentation of all jewelry repair items
- Evaluate condition of pieces and clearly outline scope of repair work
- Create and manage repair tickets with detailed notes and timelines
- Communicate repair estimates and turnaround times with customers
- Coordinate daily with setters, polishers, bench jewelers, and outside vendors
- Track and prioritize repair jobs to meet promised deadlines
- Inspect completed repairs for quality control before customer pickup or shipment
- Source replacement stones (diamonds and gemstones) when required
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and security of high-value repair items
- Manage resizing, prong rebuilding, stone tightening, clasp repair, polishing, rhodium plating, and restoration projects
- Handle warranty repairs and post-sale service requests
- Maintain organized digital records of all repair orders and updates
- Resolve customer concerns related to repairs with professionalism and urgency
- Track patterns to support workflow improvements within the repair department
- Track costs and profits of return processes to ensure repairs are profitable
- Experience in jewelry repair coordination, jewelry sales, or a bench jewelry environment preferred
- Strong understanding of common jewelry repair processes (sizing, prong tightening, stone setting, polishing, plating)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Comfortable handling high-value diamond and gold merchandise
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Punctual and dependable with a professional attitude
- Knowledge of the Diamond District is a plus
- Experience using is preferred, but not required

Everyone at the office is high IQ, best of the best, and the atmosphere is electric. You hear both patients and staff constantly say, “it’s a vibe” and it absolutely is. I know you think I’m exaggerating, but once you visit the practice, you’ll realize I’m probably underselling it.
Our current Medical Director is AWESOME, but wants to retire. He electrifies the place with fun, intensity and a passion for medicine. People love him and it rains 5-star reviews. Are you the same? Can you handle the New York snowbirds?

Who Are You?:
Are you a high IQ Family Physician or Internal Medicine Physician that wishes to expand their knowledge in the trending Functional Medicine space? You know you are brilliant, high-energy and walk into a room like a ray of sunshine, but maybe no one has given you the chance to be the Medical Director yet.
We can teach you peptide protocols and send you to A4M for certification, but we cannot give you that special energy that is most required, that “je ne sais quoi” as the French would say. You either have it, or you don’t.
If you are looking for intense immersion in integrative health, optimization medicine, and patient-centered care, this is an opportunity to do so, simultaneously stepping into a key leadership role.
What We Do:
Our clinic delivers cutting-edge care in functional and regenerative medicine with an emphasis on personalized hormone therapy, wellness optimization, weight loss programs, IV therapy, chronic disease management, peptide protocols, and longevity-based diagnostics. We have an onsite pharmacy that custom mixes (not true compounding) and a supplement store.
We use ABOM and A4M guidelines as well as standard of care for each condition. We do not use protocols except for peptides.
While we accept most insurance, most of what we do is elective and paid cash. Maybe only 33% of our revenue is billed to insurance, including Medicare (10%) and Medicaid (5%).
Though your role will primarily support the medical clinic, the practice also operates onsite a med spa under the same ownership, offering non-surgical aesthetic and wellness treatments.
Patient Demographics & Volume:
100-120 patients / day. We are slammed. Demographics are high-income individuals aged 18–55, and health-focused snowbirds in Boca Raton. 55% female, 45% male. Surprisingly, 50% of the patients are 19-35, with the remaining 50% ages 35+.
You can expect to work 5 days per week (maybe 4 long days) and see 30-50 patients per day. The balance of patients are injection only, and the rest are seen by PA or NP.
How is That Possible?:
We have an incredible staff of 19. That includes another MD and two PAs. Each carries their own DEA prescribing license. All 5-star reviews. We have a dedicated Insurance Biller and Practice Administrator. Dedicated pharmacy lab mixer. Then an army of amazing MAs. The MAs are the workhorses of the practice.
We only hire the best.
We utilize AI voice recognition technology to transcribe a summary of every appointment into Advanced MD. The assigned MA for each appointment takes live notes on action items dictated by the MD or PA directly in Advanced MD, Charts are checked and signed by the staff before they are finalized. Error rate is very low.

Your Responsibilities:

The Future & Expansion
Due to the excellence of the staff, the practice has seen explosive growth with almost zero marketing. Basically, we’ve created something special and haven’t even put our foot on the gas pedal. Sometimes we have to take our ZocDoc profiles down because we are so inundated with patients. Expansion plans are semi-confidential but here are several thoughts:
- We need to expand our hours to accommodate the growth.

Position Summary
The Physician Assistant provides health care services to patients under the direction and supervision of a physician. The PA will support orthopaedic surgeons in both clinical and surgical settings.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare charts, x-rays, and templates for the operating room (OR) and return them to the office.
- Review x-rays, check OR room for instruments, supplies, and implants.
- Position patients on the OR table and assist with surgical procedures (e.g., apply tourniquet, drape patient, hold retractors, manipulate limbs, cauterize vessels, sponge and suction wounds, skin closures).
- Apply dressings, splints, immobilizers, and slings as directed.
- Transfer patients from OR to recovery and assist with room turnover.
- Maintain privately owned instruments and prepare for upcoming surgeries.
- Perform comprehensive and problem-focused histories and physical exams.
- Interpret laboratory and diagnostic procedures and order tests as directed.
- Conduct hospital rounds, write orders, and take calls for orthopaedic surgeons.
- Evaluate and manage hospitalized patients, including discharge summaries and treatment plans.
- Screen emergency room patients and provide sports team game coverage as needed.
- Order, prescribe, dispense, and administer medication, orthoses, braces, and other orthopaedic devices (per state law).
- Participate in research studies, manage databases, and perform quality assurance.
- Assist wherever needed within the team.
- Perform minor procedures such as wound care and joint injections.
- Share in the physician on-call schedule.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance.

Your Job Responsibilities:

• Perform appropriate actions using critical thinking skills.
• Must be able to interpret the CXR, ABG, and PFT’s when reviewing patient data.
• Assembles, checks, operates and troubleshoots all cardiopulmonary equipment such as artificial airways, ventilators, oxygen analyzers, oxygen delivery devices and blood gas analyzers.
• Participates in tasks related to infection control, safety and quality assurance.
• Performs required cleaning and maintenance of all cardiopulmonary equipment and work areas.
• Utilizes appropriate customer scripting as evidenced by observation and improved patient satisfaction.
