Description
Job Summary:
Assists in providing patient care, including patient evaluations and health screenings. Supports Medical Director by performing intake, discharge, and administrative procedures while communicating effectively with the nursing staff, counselors, and Program Director.
Essential Functions:
- Physical examination of all patients upon admission, including, without limitation, annual physical examinations and health examinations, and review with patients of admissions-related laboratory results.
- All examinations shall be performed in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations for medically monitored treatment programs/facilities in the state in which the clinic operates.
- Issuance of patient medication changed orders and such verbal orders as may be issued, as applicable to state rules and regulations.
- Completion of readmission physical examinations and annual physical examinations of all patients.
- Availability to staff for emergency management of patient care
- Referral of patients to primary care providers for medical conditions other than narcotic addiction
- Training of nursing staff
- Supervision of nursing staff regarding changes in medication dosage via verbal or written orders
- Provides reports as requested
- Attends weekly treatment team meetings with counselors or documents in the patient record as an alternative.
- The Program Physician is the professional tasked with labeling medication bottles in the absence of the Pharmacist.
- The program physician will work under the direction of a medical doctor.
- Other duties as assigned.

Job Summary and QualificationsWhat you will do in the Role:
1. Demonstrates competency in all areas of computerized tomography (CT), positioning, procedure preparation, and technical factors associated with the CT Systems. Will display knowledge in the use of all other equipment used in CT Scan such as: power injectors, stereotactic biopsy equipment, biopsy and drainage needles and devices, and any other devices/equipment used in CT.
2. Responsible for the proper use of the Radiology Imaging System, Meditech (scheduling exams, patient tracking, Image tracking, proper completion of exams, capture charges).
3. Must demonstrate the knowledge and skill necessary to provide care to neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
4. Will follow safety policies and procedures applicable to the job, recognizes impending crisis situations and institutes measures (such as adjusting priorities) to prevent further complications and makes a report to their supervisor.
5. Maintains cleanliness and inventory of the CT rooms to include equipment and facilities. Will follow proper disinfection techniques, restocks supplies as necessary, carts or work area will be cleaned and stocked at the completion of each shift.
6. Must be able to complete assignments independently and to work as part of a team; to take instructions from supervisors or team lead, to exercise problem-solving skills; and to interact with co-workers, supervisors, patients, vendors and the public in a professional and pleasant manner

Job Summary:
Responsible for fitting and welding of steel, aluminum and stainless-steel parts using a MIG process. Also required to perform other miscellaneous tasks, as assigned by his or her supervisor.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Set up welding machines based on the job at hand or using a Welding procedure specification.
- Read and interpret blueprints and/or drawings to determine the specific welding requirements.
- MIG weld steel, aluminum and stainless-steel components based on the specifications of the blueprints and/or drawings.
- Inspect equipment as required to maintain proper function.
- Follow, create, and help maintain Welding Procedure Specifications.
- Operate machinery used in the production process or assist machine operators.
- Assemble items as instructed by superintendent.
- Complete housekeeping duties in assigned area daily and/or when required.
