The SharePoint Analyst Lead is responsible for leading the functional and analytical aspects of the SharePoint Online (SPO) environment within the DOD365-J tenant. Responsibilities Include:
- Analyze user and mission partner requirements to determine functional and cross-functional SharePoint needs.
- Translate business requirements into functional site designs, workflows, and list/library structures within the modern SharePoint Online environment.
- Support the migration from deprecated SharePoint features (e.g., InfoPath, Classic Workflows, custom scripting) to modern SPO alternatives such as SPFx and the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Pages).
- Identify opportunities to leverage Microsoft's low-code/no-code tools to replace legacy processes and reduce reliance on custom applications.
- Document functional requirements, process flows, and configuration details to support governance, sustainment, and knowledge transfer.
- Ensure staffing aligns with customer requirements and that qualified personnel with appropriate clearances are assigned.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the program team.
- Lead Tier 2 and Tier 3 functional support for SharePoint and Dynamics CRM service requests, incidents, and user inquiries (averaging ~90 tickets per month).
- Execute out-of-the-box customizations and configuration changes to support user needs, business intelligence dashboards, and workflow automation.
- Categorize service requests as Tier 2 support, new project work, or escalation candidates, and route accordingly.
- Manage ticket queue and ensure all tickets are assigned, acknowledged, and updated in compliance with SLAs.
- Communicate status updates to customers weekly (service requests) or every two business days (incidents) until closure.
- Resolve tickets within SLA timeframes and document all resolutions and lessons learned for inclusion in the knowledge base.
- Coordinate with the DISA J6 Tier I Service Desk, DEOS support teams, and higher-tier engineers when technical escalation is required.
- Maintain and update the list of all SharePoint site owners and points of contact (POCs) to ensure proper permissions management and accountability.
- Support performance monitoring of the SPO environment and assist in tracking metrics related to system availability, uptime, and user satisfaction.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives, identifying functional or configuration-related bottlenecks and recommending corrective actions.
- Contribute to weekly and monthly reports with updates on service tickets, incidents, SLAs, and functional health metrics.
- Remediate functional-level IAVA findings in collaboration with security and architectural teams (e.g., addressing deprecated workflows or permissions risks).
- Collaborate with monitoring and operations teams to interpret system alerts related to SharePoint availability and proactively prevent downtime.
- Participate in meetings and reviews related to system performance, modernization initiatives, and process optimization.
- Promote adoption of modern SharePoint features, encouraging secure and efficient collaboration practices across the organization.
- Document and share best practices, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and configuration guides to support consistency and compliance.
- Act as the primary functional liaison between the business users, technical engineering teams, and governance stakeholders.
Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
- Education/Experience: BA/BS in a technical or managerial discipline.
- Citizenship and Clearance:
- US Citizenship is required.
- Must have and maintain a current DoD Secret clearance.
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in SharePoint functional analysis, administration, or solution delivery (with at least 2 years in SharePoint Online or DOD365-J environment).
- Demonstrated experience supporting end-users and mission partners with SharePoint configuration, Power Platform tools, and workflow development.
- Experience working in or supporting DoD environments preferred.
- Proficiency in designing and maintaining SharePoint lists, libraries, permissions, workflows, and site templates.

Key responsibilities for this position include:
Primary Project: Build a sales dashboard for Fresh Direct that provides an overview of sales and promotional performance at a Universal Product Code (UPC) level to help strengthen field sales planning and execution.
- Develop a dashboard that uploads data from the Fresh Direct Insights Hub and then generates key charts and graphs outlining UPC sales and promotional performance across the category.
- Prepare key findings within the following categories: high/low performing products, gaps in assortment, promotional formatting and optimization recommendations to share with the Revenue Growth Management team and the Omnichannel Marketing team.
- Document these findings, and be prepared to attend meetings with Fresh Direct, alongside the Sales Manager, where you will be asked to present your key findings and recommendations.

Secondary Project: Conduct a full-scale audit of content on Amazon Fresh and Fresh Direct (manual for Fresh Direct; with Dataweave support for Amazon).
- Perform basic audit of portfolio and identify any gaps and recommend any optimizations across carousels, product titles, bullet points, and other content areas.
- Identify top-performing brands/products at retailer using Unify, and then analyze product detail pages, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for our own listings.
- Develop a framework for tracking post-internship results, including suggested KPIs and timelines for expected performance lifts.

JOB SUMMARY
The Client Success Manager I (CSM I) is responsible for providing the highest level of quality service, and ensuring for excellent internal and external communication to support our Client’s day to day requirements and specifications. The CSM I seeks to understand the client needs and suggests the appropriate solutions, products, and services to best meet those needs in collaboration with Sales. The CSM I is responsible for successful execution of client projects and serves as the direct daily liaison between the client and internal stakeholders.
The CSM I responsibilities also include processing orders; inventory management; coordinating with Other CSMs, production, scheduling and logistics teams; and invoicing. This position requires direct interface with internal stakeholders in a variety of departments, collaborating to ensure for a timely, accurate, and excellent client delivery experience. A high level of responsiveness, attention to detail, and service is required for all duties.
- Manage the end-to-end process of the order lifecycle (PO data entry, confirmation, changes, tracking, and invoicing via ERP system).
- Link Client Services/Sales with Operations for daily order processing and updates.
- Coordinate across Production, Scheduling, Procurement, Quality, and Shipping teams for accurate and on-time fulfillment.
- Maintain and update WIP/dashboards; share timely updates with respective teams.
- Follow SOPs, maintain data accuracy and quality standards.
- Support Client Service management on client visits, audits, press checks.
- Investigate and quickly resolve quality issues with Production/Quality teams.
- Provide team backup; train on SAP and other tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar or related client-facing role.
- Order management experience in a Manufacturing, Printing, Financial, or related environment.
- Advanced working knowledge of end-to-end client order processes across varying client types.
- Strong organization, planning, and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional and client-oriented demeanor.
- Self-motivated, proactive and team-oriented, with a proactive and collaborative approach to meeting client expectations and deadlines.
- ERP experience required with respect to order processing, inventory management, status monitoring and receiving; SAP strongly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams); experience in digital file navigation and document handling.
- Experience in the card, payment or printing industries strongly preferred.

Position Summary –
The Creative Studio Operations Manager is responsible for managing the planning, coordination, and execution of photo and video productions that support marketing, e-commerce, and brand initiatives. This role ensures productions are efficiently planned, properly resourced, and delivered on time by managing production logistics, timelines, and workflows.
The CS Ops Manager partners closely with the Digital Content Producer and Art Director to translate creative and marketing needs into clear production plans. While this role does not set creative direction, it supports these roles by managing production logistics, scheduling, vendor coordination, and workflow systems that enable efficient execution of photo and video content.
As product SKU count and creative deliverables continue to grow, this role provides centralized ownership of production coordination, scheduling, and logistics, enabling the creative team to focus on high-quality creative execution while ensuring efficient workflows and reliable delivery of assets.
A key responsibility of this role is developing and managing a centralized production tracking system (preferably in ) that supports milestone tracking, project visibility, and coordination across the creative team.
This structure allows creative leaders to focus on concept development and creative execution while production operations are managed centrally.
Responsibilities –
Production Planning & Scheduling:
Manage production schedules for all photo and video shoots, ensuring alignment with marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and product launches.
Maintain a centralized production calendar tracking shoots, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across teams.
Coordinate timelines across still and video projects to support efficient production planning and asset delivery.
Identify opportunities to streamline production by coordinating multiple asset needs within shoots and supporting efficient use of production resources.
Identify scheduling risks and communicate potential delays early, working with stakeholders to adjust plans when needed.
Pre-Production Coordination:
- Coordinate all pre-production logistics for shoots, including booking models, talent, photographers, videographers, and freelancers.
- Secure studios, locations, equipment rentals, and additional production resources as needed.
- Coordinate hair, makeup, wardrobe, and production assistants when required.
- Coordinate product sample management for shoots, including working with warehouse, sourcing, and internal teams to ensure required samples are available for production timelines.
- Track, organize, and prepare product samples for each shoot.
- Ensure product samples are prepared and shoot-ready, including coordinating product condition, packaging, and supporting materials needed for photography and video production.
- Prepare and distribute production documentation including call sheets and run-of-day schedules.
- Coordinate contracts, releases, and usage requirements in partnership with internal teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and production partners during pre-production.
On-Set Production Support:
- Support day-of shoot operations by managing schedules, logistics, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure shoots run efficiently and remain on schedule.
- Assist in resolving day-of production issues to minimize disruption to creative teams.
Post-Production Workflow Management:
- Track post-production timelines for all photo and video assets, including asset delivery, review milestones, revisions, and final delivery deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure assets are delivered on schedule.
- Support organization and delivery of final assets by coordinating file delivery from photographers and editors and ensuring assets are properly named, organized, and shared with appropriate teams.
- Monitor project progress against timelines and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate post-production handling of product samples, including organizing returns to appropriate teams or managing storage and inventory as needed.
Production Systems & Workflow Management:
- Develop, manage, and maintain a production tracking system (preferably in ) used by the Digital Content Producer, Art Director, and their teams.
- Track milestones, owners, deadlines, and dependencies for all productions.
- Create and maintain standardized workflows, templates, and processes to support consistent project execution.
- Provide visibility into production status through dashboards and progress updates.
- Continuously refine workflows and systems to support growing content needs.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Partner closely with the Digital Content Producer and Art Director to support execution of creative projects.
- Act as a central point of coordination for production-related communication.
- Support alignment between creative, marketing, and e-commerce teams.
- Communicate timelines, risks, and updates clearly to stakeholders.
