Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior Workfront & Adobe Fusion Architect to serve as an embedded consulting delivery resource within our Adobe Operations & Workflow practice. This role is both strategic and extremely hands on designed for someone who can assess each client's individual systems, make intelligent architectural recommendations, and personally build and validate the solution in Workfront and Fusion.
The ideal candidate has architected and led Workfront/Fusion solutions at scale, guided enterprise decisioning, defined standards, and influenced governance while also being a practitioner who lives in the platform (configuring workflows, building Fusion scenarios, optimizing reporting, and troubleshooting issues directly). Delivery Capacity + Hands On Execution (Critical)
" Hands-on Workfront configuration: request queues, routing logic, templates, custom forms, dashboards, portfolio/program structures, access models, layout templates, and operational governance.
" Hands-on Fusion integration development: building, testing, troubleshooting, and optimizing scenarios using OOTB modules, APIs, JSON patterns, and webhooks.
" Hands-on workflow optimization: improving routing logic, reducing bottlenecks, validating end to end processes, and tuning operational throughput.
" Hands-on advanced reporting: creating text mode fields, calculated metrics, KPI models, operational dashboards, and portfolio-level reporting frameworks.

Required Qualifications

Role Overview:
EPIC is seeking a highly experienced Travel Program Manager to design, lead, and continuously optimize our enterprise-wide corporate travel program. This role is responsible for end-to-end travel strategy, vendor partnerships, policy governance, and technology enablement, ensuring cost efficiency, compliance, and an exceptional traveler experience. This is a newly created role within a growing Procurement team and offers the opportunity to shape the travel program from a strategic perspective, strengthen supplier relationships, and drive measurable business value. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in AMEX Global Business Travel, SAP Concur, and advanced data analysis, along with strong collaboration skills across Finance, HR, and Procurement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own and evolve the corporate travel program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, traveler needs, and compliance requirements.
• Lead the governance and ongoing management of the company’s Travel & Entertainment (T&E) Policy, ensuring clarity, compliance, and consistent application enterprise‐wide.

Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with a strong ability to analyze and manipulate large, complex datasets (e.g., revenue, pipeline, pricing, incentives, media performance) to generate clear insights, identify trends, and translate them into structured opportunities and recommended actions.
Proven experience building dashboards, reporting and decision frameworks that help senior leaders quickly understand business performance and take action; familiarity with tools such as SQL, Salesforce and Tableau is a plus but not required.
Demonstrated ability to partner closely with senior sales leaders (Director/VP+) to define strategy, build annual plans, forecast revenue, drive org design, and hold teams accountable to revenue and investment commitments.
Strong structured problemsolving skills and comfort driving decisions in ambiguous, evolving situations where goals, data, or processes are not yet fully defined.
Excellent executive communication skills - able to synthesize complex analyses into clear narratives, build compelling materials, and influence crossfunctional partners and senior stakeholders who may not be in your direct line of control.
Organized, detailoriented and strategically focused, with a track record of driving impact in complex, matrixed, and fastmoving environments.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, economics, statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
