What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation and timely notification to onsite leadership and/or public responders when needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.

Complete required reports and documentation related to incidents, patrol observations, and policy violations, and communicate status updates to site contacts.
Minimum Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required.
Hospital vaccines are required.
Proof of a high school diploma and/or GED is required per client requirements.
CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
Comfortable using a computer and/or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
