Job Summary
The B2B / VAS Supervisor oversees all business‑to‑business (B2B) fulfillment operations and value‑added services (VAS) production activities. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, compliant, and on‑time B2B shipments while managing VAS workflows such as kitting, labeling, bundling, assembly, rework, and special projects. The Supervisor partners closely with internal teams to align production schedules, meet customer requirements, control costs, and maintain quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
B2B Fulfillment Oversight
- Supervise day‑to‑day B2B order processing, shipping, and fulfillment operations
- Ensure compliance with customer routing guides, labeling requirements, pallet standards, and documentation
- Coordinate LTL and FTL freight shipments and work with carriers to meet delivery timelines
- Monitor and reduce chargebacks through proactive compliance and process improvement
- Partner with customers and internal teams on forecasts, deadlines, and shipment requirements
- Track and report KPIs including OTIF, compliance accuracy, and shipping costs
VAS / Production Management
- Oversee all value‑added services (VAS) and production workflows, including kitting, labeling, bundling, assembly, rework, and special projects
- Plan labor, timelines, and resources for production and VAS initiatives
- Ensure quality standards and client specifications are consistently met
- Coordinate production schedules with B2B and DTC teams to support shipping timelines
- Track labor costs and project profitability
- Develop and maintain SOPs for repeatable VAS services
- Train, coach, and supervise production staff and team leads
Cross‑Functional Leadership
- Serve as a key point of contact between fulfillment, production, and operations leadership
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across B2B and VAS operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in B2B/wholesale fulfillment, VAS, production, or light assembly
- Strong knowledge of retailer routing guides, pallet standards, and compliance requirements
- Experience coordinating LTL/FTL freight
- Background in a warehouse or 3PL environment preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills

Role Description
Cenmed is seeking an experienced Sales Professional to help expand our presence within the pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, and research markets. This is a full time role based in New Brunswick, NJ, focused on developing new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers.
The ideal candidate will bring established experience selling laboratory products or services and will be comfortable managing the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities and building relationships to negotiating agreements and closing business. This individual will work closely with leadership to grow strategic accounts, introduce Cenmed’s broader capabilities, and support long term customer partnerships.
Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, presenting tailored solutions to customers, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales objectives. The role also requires staying current with industry trends, understanding customer procurement processes, and identifying opportunities to introduce Cenmed’s expanded service offerings, including supply chain support, kitting programs, and vendor managed inventory solutions..
Qualifications
Required
- Direct sales experience selling laboratory products, reagents, consumables, or related life sciences solutions
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer accounts
- Experience managing the full sales cycle including prospecting, presentations, negotiation, and closing
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Strong relationships within pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or research organizations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship building skills
- Experience in account management and developing long term customer partnerships
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management

Inventory Specialist
As an Inventory Specialist, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of inventory operations across physical and system environments. Working closely with Purchasing, Production, and Supply Chain teams, you will ensure that materials are accurately received, tracked, stored, and issued to support production schedules.
This role requires strong attention to detail, hands-on execution, and a continuous improvement mindset. You will be responsible for ensuring that physical inventory aligns precisely with system data to enable reliable production planning and operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Track, receive, identify, and document inbound inventory in accordance with company procedures.
- Coordinate shipping activities and ensure outbound materials are accurately processed and documented.
- Maintain alignment between physical inventory stock levels and corresponding quantities and locations within the ERP system.
- Own inventory accuracy by executing and maintaining a robust cycle count program.
- Perform regular physical inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies between physical and system records.
- Collaborate with Purchasing, Production, and cross-functional stakeholders to investigate and resolve inventory variances.
- Identify root causes of discrepancies and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Support daily production kitting and ensure the production floor is supplied with required materials per the monthly production plan.
- Optimize physical storage locations to improve space utilization, material flow, and accessibility.
- Maintain compliance with company procedures, documentation standards, and security requirements.
- Lift, carry, handle, and transport materials up to 50 lbs unassisted as required.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory control, process efficiency, and data accuracy.
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or vocational school diploma.
- 3+ years of experience in Material Management, Manufacturing Operations, or a related field.
- Experience working in ERP systems within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze and reconcile data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated individual with a hands-on approach and a demonstrated continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience supporting inventory operations in aerospace, defense, or high-tech manufacturing environments.
- Experience driving process improvements in inventory control or warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with structured cycle count programs and audit readiness practices.
- Experience supporting production kitting and material flow optimization.
- Professional certifications in supply chain or operations (e.g., APICS) are a plus.
