SUMMARY: Primary responsibility is monitoring and measuring process and product performance, establishing and implementing recommendations for improvements to both product and process, and ensure optimal production of the various products produced by American Packaging.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Analyze processes and products using statistical techniques, to identify improvement opportunities, and measure process/product performance to ensure continual improvement.
- Participate with the gathering of information needed to establish process conditions for new and developing products and processes. This involves observing trials/developmental orders and production runs, and communicating with the manufacturing, scheduling, sales, graphics, and supplier team members.
- Ownership of CI projects as assigned. Lead projects, provide data and set up projects to achieve CI goals.
- Organize and lead process and product improvement teams/initiatives, using established project management techniques, to improve product quality and process performance and lead the implementation of those improvements.
- Ensure that manufacturing specifications are known, understood, and communicated.
- Provide engineering expertise as needed.
- Analyze production and test data to establish consistent production results.
- Utilize data to recommend design changes to correct/resolve problems and contribute to the optimization of products to the required technological specifications or end uses.
- Ability to work and communicate with all levels of the organization as required. This will range from hourly production employee up to and including the Operations Director.
- Work schedule must be flexible to allow for attendance at trials/production during nights and/or weekends if necessary.
- RCCA of both Customer and Internal quality findings
- Travel as needed to suppliers and/or customers.

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the successful development, execution and communication of stores and e-commerce financial plans for assigned areas of business. Responsible to project open to buy sales, markdowns and inventory at the department and class level. Identify risks and opportunities and communicate recommendations to merchant partners as well as management. Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with the allocation and merchant teams. Provide support to Senior Planner and merchant team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain weekly open to buy for assigned area of business to identify risks and opportunities by class
- Project sales, markdowns and inventory
- Manage receipt flow
- Present open to buy to management monthly
- Develop markdown criteria
- Project e-commerce sales and markdowns for the division
- Analyze lost sales
- Provide merchant team with buy recommendations
- Evaluate e-commerce performance class and make recommendations to the merchant team
- Responsible for the end to end development of pre-season stores and e-commerce financial plans
- Create month to month plans for stores and e-commerce at the class level
- Partner with Senior Planner to develop style counts by department
- Quarterly analysis and hindsight
- Provide quantitative analysis to teams for hindsight and strategy meetings
- Analyze size selling for stores and e-commerce utilizing lost sales by size
- Make recommendations based upon analysis for the hindsight and strategy meetings with merchant team and management
- Manage the forecasting and recommendations for replenishment items

- Manage assortment planning process

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:
Bachelor degree required. Fashion Retailing or Business degree a plus
WORK EXPERIENCE
4+ years experience in Merchandise Planning and Allocation. Previous retail planning experience required
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

About the position...
The Lead Maintenance Technician is responsible for overseeing the maintenance of assigned Triple Crown residential properties. This role includes managing and delegating tasks to maintenance team members while collaborating closely with leasing office personnel to ensure the community remains organized, well-maintained, and welcoming for residents. We are looking for a technician at our Enclave community located in Harrisburg.
- Schedule maintenance projects and day-to-day duties of maintenance team members.
- Schedules and monitors vendor/subcontractor performance, purchase orders, invoices, and enforces contractual standards and timelines.
- Effectively communicates with the Property Manager and office staff, keeping them up to date on major repairs, turnover status, etc.
- Responsible for preparing apartments prior to resident occupancy and participates in maintenance projects/work orders as needed.
- Completion of property work orders, including but not limited to light electrical repairs, plumbing work, drywall repairs, light carpentry work, and painting.
- Replace broken glass, tile, carpet, screens, disposals, fixtures, appliances.

- Responsible for hiring, terminations, and discipline as needed.

Purpose Statement
The Materials Group Leader is accountable for the suitable handling and processing of the entire supplies inventory in the warehouse during his shift. In addition to supervising and assigning tasks to workers and maintaining seamless functions in the warehouse.
Key Accountabilities and Outcomes
- Loading and unloading of freight and products
- Overseeing the handling of consignments and the supervising of the loading and unloading of the same.
- Maintaining an account of the entire supplies, raw and packaging materials inventory in the warehouse.
- Ensuring the proper labeling and tagging of goods and materials.
- Following all necessary documentation and legal procedures for inbound and outbound.
- Assigning work and functions to all warehouse workers and staff during his/her shift.
- Supervising the functions and working of the warehouse workers when the supervisor is absent.
- Adhering to the compliance of all legal, food safety, food quality and safety procedures of the company.
- Supervising proper shift allocations and ensuring efficiency of shift warehouse staff when supervisor is absent.
- Organizing and conducting necessary training activities for his/her shift staff and workers.
- Report to Supervisor any improper functioning of warehouse tools and equipment.

- Assist in the shipping department when the Shipping Team Leader is absent.

- Validating the received materials and goods with the invoices to ascertain the precision of the goods delivered.
- Ensuring the completion of all paper work relating to the received and loading of goods.
- Ensuring the proper handling and stocking of goods, in compliance with warehousing and storage norms.
- Monitoring the warehouse records and inventory and filing reports of discrepancies in quantities and damages to the supervisor.
- Coordinate the transportation needs in Supervisor’s absence.
- Communicate with the Cold Storage facilities to coordinate inbound finished product loads when the supervisor is absent.
- Coordinating with suppliers regarding the shipments and delivery of orders.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- HS degree or GED
- 3 years of experience in a food-processing, pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing organization, preferably using computerized manufacturing equipment
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of qualifications in a pharmaceutical or food manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of FDA regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), HACCP, food allergens and pest control
- Demonstrated knowledge of efficient and safe manufacturing operations to include product and associate safety, OSHA standards, product quality (success rates), cost control (minimizing downtime and waste, optimizing yield)
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Demonstrated mechanical and spatial aptitude, including the ability to disassemble and reassemble equipment
- Read, write and speak English
- Basic knowledge of SAP or similar software

COMPENSATION

As a Field Trainer, you'll work hands-on and in small group settings to deliver practical, engaging training to our field team members. You'll teach company-provided content focused on safety, technical skills, and field execution. You will not be asked to develop training materials from scratch - your experience in the field is your most valuable asset.
Responsibilities:
- Comply with (and actively promote) all Safety policies and procedures including reporting all accidents, incidents and near-misses to ensure adherence to our Number One Core Value – Safety first, in everything we do.
- Deliver classroom and hands-on training for new and existing field team members
- Use our Learning Management System (LMS) to track attendance and training records (we'll train you how to use it)
- Collaborate with Safety, Quality, and Field Leadership to identify training needs
- Ensure team members are receiving the required OSHA and company-mandated safety training
- Assist new and experienced team members in acquiring the technical skills needed to advance within their trade crews
- Promote a culture of learning and development in your region
- 4 field-based training days and 1 office/admin day each week
- Local/regional travel only - home most nights
- Schedule your own training days in coordination with field leadership
Qualifications:
- Have several years of experience in a craft or equipment role (e.g., carpentry, pipe, survey, equipment operation)
- Enjoy teaching others and take pride in helping people grow
- Are organized, dependable, and capable of managing your own schedule
- Are comfortable using a computer (email, basic reports, PowerPoint, navigating a training system)
- Hold or are willing to obtain trainer certifications (OSHA-10/30 preferred)

Position Summary:

As a Quality Control Technician, you will play a critical role in the overall leadership and successful and timely delivery of complex multimillion-dollar fast-track, complex heavy-civil, highway, and bridge projects from the pre-construction stage through project execution and completion.
Responsibilities:
- Comply with and actively promote all Safety policies and procedures, including reporting accidents, incidents, and near-misses to uphold the company's core value of "Safety first."
- Actively participate in overall day-to-day operational leadership and decision-making as the subject matter expert for all project quality management functions, including self-performed work, materials, or work performed by suppliers, vendors, subcontractors.
- Provide ongoing and regular quality control-related technical input for construction planning, interpretation of design, development of efficient construction methods, and quality control processes for execution of the work.
- Manage and schedule all required quality testing, inspections and documentation including all third-party quality control related services.
- Manage the quality processes required per contract documents, specifications, drawings, engineering calcs for work activities such as crane/hoisting lifts, temporary works, falsework, shoring, formwork, safety systems, etc.
- Provide overall leadership to ensure work is constructed in compliance and work quality is accurately documented through clear and traceable record keeping and reporting.
- Develop and implement project specific Quality Control Plan that meets company policies, project requirements and is aligned with industry standards and best practices. Perform periodic audits to verify adherence to QA/QC Management Plan.
- Develop a comprehensive working knowledge of project contract documents, (drawings and specifications, and requirements by reference, etc.
- Maintain applicable industry reference standards and facilitate project access to relevant team members.
- Develop and implement a project Quality Control orientation program to ensure project team members are familiar with the requirements of the project QC Management Plan, and conduct to relevant project specific training, relative to Quality Control roles, responsibilities, processes, and procedures.
- Contribute to interpretation and dissemination and communication of project quality control requirements to relevant, staff including field crews and craft supervision.
- Assist in document management to ensure all project documents are updated and current to reflect any changes, revisions, etc.
- Assist in the procurement, buy-out, and management of subcontractors, suppliers/vendors to ensure subcontract /vendor agreements capture required quality related scope of work.
- Prepare and submit accurate Quality Control project status project reports.
- Manage project submittal process to ensure timely receipt, review and approval of submittals and shop drawings, as-builts, and other required documentation.
- Actively participate in RFI process to ensure timely receipt, review, response close out.
- Monitor project work for any non-compliance issues and ensure corrective measures are approved, executed and closed out with documented acceptance.
- Manage project close-out including, timely management of punch list, commissioning, and transitional system operations turnover.
Qualifications:
- Four-year engineering or construction management degree or equivalent combination of technical training and relevant experience.
- Minimum of two (2) years of documented experience performing in a construction quality control management role on a heavy civil construction rail project.
- Comprehensive understanding of construction industry practices and standards, as well as experience with supervision, estimating, scheduling, budget preparation, and project status reporting.
- Experience utilizing project management software systems.
- Currently possess or can attain the NETTCP Quality Assurance Technologist and USACE Construction Quality Manager Certification.
- Heavy-Civil construction experience.

- Actively participate in the over-all day-today operational and decision-making project management functions including accountability for project execution and P&L results.

- Assist in the procurement, buy-out, and management of subcontractors, suppliers/vendors to ensure work is delivered timely, safely, and compliant to quality standards.
- Track and verify accuracy of project productions, cost coding of manhours, equipment and in-place quantities are documented daily. Prepare and submit accurate project cost reporting, revenue, and cash flow projections.
- Manage all project engineering activities that comply with the company's process, procedures, and contractual requirements.
- Maintain project submittal process to ensure timely receipt, review and approval of submittals and shop drawings, as-builts, and other contract required documentation.
- Manage and maintain the project RFI process to ensure timely receipt, review, response close out.
- Implement effective project quality control and quality assurance plans to ensure work is constructed in compliance and is accurately documented through clear and traceable records keeping and reporting.
- Provide technical support for, construction planning, interpretation of design and the development of efficient construction methods.
- Manage the process to develop and produce required design, drawings, engineering calcs, for project components or activities such as crane/hoisting lifts, temporary structures or works, falsework, shoring, formwork, safety systems, etc.
- Manage project close-out including, timely management of punch list, commissioning, and transitional system operations turnover.
Qualifications:
- Four-year engineering or construction management degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience.
- Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Office, BlueBeam. Preferred experience utilizing HCSS HeavyJob, Vista, CAD, P6.
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience in heavy civil construction.
- Comprehensive understanding of civil construction industry practices and standards.
- Must be able to freely access all parts of a construction site in wide-ranging climates and environments.
- Must have a valid Driver's License.
