This position is extremely fast paced and is one that gets to spend time in all departments shopping for our customers and filling their online orders. Order fillers and delivery associates also get to dispense orders to our customers and engage them in conversation throughout the dispensing process. The pace can be intense, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during a holiday season. There are times when you have to juggle shopping for our online customers while stopping to help our in store customers.
